UPDATE BELOW:I’m in a wheelchair and sometimes bedridden. I discovered a while ago that I enjoy doing upper body exercises using these vibrating rollers (vibrollers) instead of regular weights. These were 50% off, so I bought two.They’re about 3 lb. each, and when I turn them on the first setting, they really invigorate when I’m doing curls or shoulder exercises. I look forward to doing the exercises now because I feel so good after, and there’s almost no recovery involved.On many of these types of vibrollers, if you hold the button down, the vibroller will shut off. Not this one. You must cycle through all four speeds to shut it off.These are also very powerful. Not something you want to rest your head on. While in bed, I rest my ankles on them and flex my toes a bit. It helps lessen pain and it reduces swelling.I’m glad I was able to get two vibrollers for convenience, but one will also work. For me, this was a good investment and is a powerful tool in my self care routine.UPDATE: I have other electronics that have chargers similar to the ones that came with these vibrollers. I opened the box and put the chargers away, out of mind. I figured I’d just charge this with one of the others. No. The others merely lit these rollers up and would not charge them. I had to go digging and remember where I put them. I’m not at any level that gives me the discernment to know about charger specifics, I just assumed. I’m mentioning this because I know people who would have tossed the chargers because they don’t like collections. Don’t do that with these. These are specific to these vibrollers.

I bought this to massage my upper shoulders on either side of my spine. That didn’t work out as this thing will vibrate your eyes out of their sockets, along with everything else in your head. However, this is a great unit for your lower back, your calves, and your feet. Don’t be fooled by the “battery powered” idea. This rechargeable device has a LOT of power and if you crave deep tissue massages like I do, this is what you need! It might be too much for folks who are more interested in superficial massage. Anyway, I’ve used this multiple times and have fallen asleep with it working away. It shuts off after 15 minutes and has several power settings. It’s got blue and red LED lights which are pointless, but fun. It’s a good go to for folks like me with cranky muscles and spasms. Highly recommend this gadget!

The vibration was a lot stronger than I anticipated. I usually keep it at a level one because that’s how strong it is.

Life saver! My physical therapist had me with my feeton a vibrating plate to help with my low back issues. This is a portable convenient alternative to the large vibrating plates device you’d find in a gym. It loosens up your muscles and gets the job done. I love putting my feet on it while laying down on the floor and also using it under my buttocks and low back.

Pretty cool but at $80 this thing is way overpriced. It’s not worth anywhere near that. It’s just a foam roller that vibrates. I bought it with some leftover FSA funds that were about to expire so I don’t mind, but IMO this thing should be priced closer to $30 based on the value you get out of it. They must be making INSANE margins selling this product at $80.

Purchased 2 of these rollers. They worked great for 2 months. One is still working fine but the other one will just stop. All the lights will flash and then will not work again until you plug it in and unplug it to reset it. May work for a full cycle or most if the time it will not. Wrote to the company for support.......yep as you would expect....NO response. Of course it is past the return point! So you have a 50/50 chance if getting a working product!

This power of the vibration can be soul shaking. I am pretty happy with this foam roller.

This thing is like a Porsche! It’s like Bruce Lee! It’s like C4! Super small and powerful as hell!!! I used it in my car one day while driving 700plus miles! It shook the helllll out of my entire car! Thing is very very powerful! I’ve already recommended it and let a few people try it out. Everyone’s who’s seen it has purchased one!
