Amazing stuff. I was sceptical at first, but now I am pleasantly satisfied.Bought it to connect two input sources to my hifi speaker system. I had no intention of playing both sources at the same time (that would be silly). I lost signal volume from a different product I purchased from amazon. This one maintained the signal volume and quality. I am happy.

Scoured Amazon to find a cable that has 2 3.5mm jacks that connect to 2 different sound sources and can be merged together via the 3.5mm female port. There are only a few it seems. I was worried I'd get one with poor sound quality - so glad I bought this!Really good product. Delivered super quick even via standard delivery! I bought this to connect to my Xbox controller and my phone to listen to music whilst playing games. Works a treat!My only small gripe is if the length of the two wires that have the 3.5mm jacks were a little longer so the devices connected can be further apart. However this is a very minor inconvenience and I knew this before buying the product.The quality of the sound is actually good - I was anticapating the quality to be somewhat sub par but my expectations were exceeded! No hissing whatsoever. There is a little distortion if the sound is really loud but I put this down to the equaliser I use.Happy with the product so far but only had it for the past day or so.So far I would order again from this company.If you're looking for a similar product as this and on the fence, the get this!! Does what it says. As another reviewer put, it's spot on.

The item was delivered on time, and appeared to be a well manufactured component . I wanted the item to output music tracks from a laptop and ipad simultaneously to a headphone set to play guitar to a backing track.Unfortunately I could only get one output out at time through the headset which was not my aim.

Great piece of kit

Having bought this to run the sound from the computer and an iPod to a set of speakers I was well aware that it won't run the two inputs simultaneously, once I plugged the iPod in the sound from the PC stopped although the iPod wasn't playing any music. This didn't work for my situation and could be the iPod was sending a signal causing the sound from the PC to stop. The quality of the lead is very good but I sent it back and bought a audio switcher instead as can switch over by pressing a button.

Great cable with excellent sound quality and performance. A little more expensive than other similar cables but definitely value for money.

This worked well (1 audio source into 2 speakers) until late one night when one of the plugs failed. I would have sent it back had I not needed it for a live performance the following day. I had no option but to snip the plug off and solder a new one on (not an option available to most people).A cable that just stops working is not fit for purpose and it suggests that the build quality simply isn't high enough.The moral of the story is - if it's a critical component where failure is not an option, make sure you have plenty of spares.

I bought this thinking I could use two inputs at once for my headphones. Although you can connect two devices, only one will work at a time and if both produce sound the quality of one source drops to the point where it's completely unusable. Very misleading product description and marketing, don't make my mistake
