A true gem
This is the most expensive olive oil I have ever tasted lol. You can't purchase anything like this in a grocery store. I have tried. I decided to splurge on this blindly, hoping I would at least like it. The smell is beautiful, unlike the oils I have smelled before. It definitely packs a punch in the throat, and I can't describe the smell, but it tastes and smells good. Honestly, the notes listed in the description is pretty accurate. This smells, and taste like something special I would get at an expensive restaurant. I like big bold flavors, so even though this says it's good for beef, I think it would be great in many dishes. This is certainly a repurchase when I can afford it. It was packaged well, and the seller was very nice to send information on the product and how to reach them for questions. I want to try the Cortese next as it's supposed to be a little lighter. It is definitely high quality, and I like that they tell you the polyphenol level for the health benefits. Cheaper companies don't usually give you that information. I'm happy with the purchase. I would like to purchase another bottle soon. It is way better than some of the cheaper, more popular high polyphenol olive oils. Those may come in bigger bottles for less, but they certainly don't taste anything like this stuff. I can't wait to order again, what a treat!

Quality Olive Oil and a good product
This is a high quality olive oil. I am on this company's website right now reading up on how they produce their Olive Oil. I expect to be a repeat customer frequently. I take Olive Oil daily as a daily dose for health reason. This Olive Oil has a really good taste, a high phenolic count and is a high quality product. I am happy with my purchase.

I’ve had it for 2 days and more than half the bottle is already gone
I think the headline pretty much gives you the picture. This stuff is phenomenally delicious. I love the green pepper undertones and the black peppery bite at the end. I can’t imagine that the bottle will make it even a full week because I can’t stop eating it. It’s so damn good that all you need is some fresh bread and the oil, and you’ve got yourself an antioxidant-rich, satisfying meal. If you add some cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and pasture-raised buffalo mozzarella then you’ll be in straight culinary heaven. With that said, I will say that the black bottle from PJ Kabos is a better value for the money. It’s just as potent - maybe even more to be honest - but you get double the liquid for about the same price. It’s slightly less complex in terms of flavor compared to this stuff but it’s still a better value overall. UPDATE (May 2024): I’ve purchased it twice more since I wrote the above - this time in the bigger size bottles - and I’ve also tasted other EVOOs within the same time period and none of them can hold a candle to the Entimio. The problem is that it tastes so damn good that I killed both bottles really, really quickly (like I did the first mini-bottle) and the stuff isn’t exactly cheap. Hence why I’ve also experimented with other EVOOs but I’m addicted to Entimio at this point. It’s like the crack of Olive Oil. One drizzle and you’re going down a dangerous path of addiction. Dangerous for your wallet but good for your health.

Delicious finishing oil! Rich and fruity, a little goes a long way. Worth the price!
Worth every penny as a finishing oil on your pizza, salads, soups, etc. Great flavor. A little goes a long way.

So worth it
I included the pic to show how well the Evoo was packaged. The inner box was cradled in thick cardboard & secured with plastic wrap. The bottle itself is thick glass. I realized quickly that I've either been using crap or fake evoo. I tried a tsp after opening & wow. It had that bitterness with the peppery after effect. The 2nd time I tried it per the instructions. In a little glass, I swirled it a couple times beforehand and it wasn't near as shocking. I've been using it daily, in pizza dough, sauces & pasta. It's delicious & great quality. The packaging & presentation makes it a great gift.
