Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix, 16 oz

This mix makes great Cinnamon Rolls. Use it every Christmas.

WAY too sticky if you use the recipe on the back! Start with 1 cup of water and add if needed because I had to add a ton more flour to make it manageable. Otherwise, it’s so delicious and works great!

This pizza crust is fantastic! I've made it multiple times and plan to keep using it. The texture is wonderfully smooth.

This is a gluten free crust that doesn’t feel like you are eating something ridiculous. Even my husband is ok with it. Usually I do gluten free and husband and son do different gluten mix. However you must make whole package at a time which makes about 3 personal pizzas.

Looking for a good GF crust. This one seemed to handle okay but taste and texture were bland. Nothing special. Will keep looking.

You'd never know this was gluten free! I've been able to use this for guests and family alike. Sometimes I use this for bread and pretzels, not just pizza crust! Excellent quality!
