Little glitch in the beginning but excellent customer service and good product
I bought the three gun holder right after installing the six gun rack in my gun closet. I really liked the six gun rack and the swivel feature on the three gun rack rack was perfect for the rest of my wall-leaners to sit in the corner above the pistol shelves. You absolutely have to mount the brackets to a stud or a backer board (itself attached to studs) to safely hold your guns. I used 1/2" poplar with big deck screws into studs. Here's what happened (see the second picture). After mounting the bottom bracket, I sat a gun on it to mark where I was going to mount the upper part and the weld failed. Fortunately I still had my hand on the gun. I called the company immediately, had no trouble reaching someone, and two days later I had a replacement lower bracket in my mailbox. NOTE: The newer lower brackets are redesigned with an additional support. If you get just a straight shaft like my original was (see pic), it may be worth a call to the company for the newer bracket. These are fantastic stands. They look good, are well padded where they need to be, and are very functional. I recommend them and would buy again.

Tooling issues in this product. Strong, but needs design attention.
Looks nice & feels strong.Only two issues...A simple critique to make this product even better...on the center rifle position the wall mounting bracket sticks out farther than the padding on the gun rack by an eighth of an inch or more, so the center rifle is touching the mountain bracket that attaches to the wall rather than the foam padding. At least the mountain bracket has a plastic cap on it to not marr the barrel. The manufacture needs to fix that tooling issue to make sure the mountain bracket doesn't encroach on the barrels in the center position. Easy fix for me to chop off an eighth of an inch off the mountain bracket, and put the plastic cap back in. I need the gun rack more than I need to do a return during a pandemic.Issue 2 is that there is a useless screw hole on the lower mounting bracket that is impossible to get a third screw into. That third screw hole shouldn't even be there because it is impossible to use. I'd recommend the manufacturer not put in a useless mounting screw hole and make the product look like it is not missing screws when installed.Probably just a quality control issue, because I can't see such errors in design going to manufacturing on purpose. If these issues are fixed, I'd give this unit 5-stars. I don't see myself buying it again, nor returning it.Otherwise, no complaints of the durability. It feels solid and it works well enough to not send it back.

Mounting is weird...
I mean... it’s “ok”, but the mounting brackets (that swivel) on the back make absolutely no sense (to me). It’s just a really odd design. What’s the point of it? That’s my 1st question. Then I took those off, and now it’s too close to the wall... so ok. Maybe the point is to keep it off the wall? but... now it’s too far from the wall when I put them on, and the fact that it swivels (can be turned) why? It just puts it uneven and... I mean, It just makes no sense. If it had a second swivel close to the wall and you could swing it like a tv mount, that would make a LOT more sense, but it doesn’t have that. I might make my own spacer and mount it with that. It’s decent materials (I think) but it’s just a horrible design (imo). It will probably hold the guns when/if I make my own mount though... Your results may vary. These were mine.

"Let's not play with the rifles, kids."
I had entered "lockable rifle rack" in the search engine window prior to ordering this product. Admittedly, I was more than a little slow recognizing that there was nothing lockable or secure about this rack. To the contrary, the weapons are totally accessible, even to the point of being easily accidentally displaceable. In short, safety was not a consideration when this product was designed. That said, it is a good rifle DISPLAY rack.

Quality at a fair price
QUALITY PRODUCTI can find where a few improvements could be made. Such as more padding would be great. My 870 makes contact with the metal on the top rack in the middle position. Welds are a B at best but serviceable. That being said the product is well made at a fair price.

Sturdy, looks nice and functional mounts for rifles
What can I say? Sturdy, looks nice and functional mounts for rifles. I bolted this 3-rifle fixture on my heavy set workstation instead of a wall and it does the same purpose. I get to enjoy looking at my rifles while I work at home.

Good quality
This is a well-made, sturdy and easy-to install gun rack. Another bonus is the ability to adjust the angle of both the top and bottom pieces. The only improvement would be an elastic strap on the top bracket to hold the gun barrels more snugly in place. The rack is nearly vertical, and the guns are easily bumped loose at the top. This strap would resolve that issue.... and would earn the 5th star .

Very well made, worth the money spent!
Works great! No more of having to lean our rifles in the corner of the closet. Very well built solid construction, comes with mounting hardware that won't strip out or snap! Had it up in less than 5 minutes.
