One lock won’t unlock
How do I contact these people to get a replacement? One of the locks works fine the other won’t unlock at all

Great lock but key is identical
The lock was great, until I bought a second for another garage and found the key was identical; convenient but surely the point of a lock is that it's not one which someone else can open by having a key that's same across multiple locks?!

Bought 2 and had problems (jamming) with both.Shame as these are a great idea, just cheap low quality product sadly.
