This Geardon microphone set was a big hit with my family. We used it at our annual get together as a karaoke machine and couldn’t be happier! We took everything out of the box and hooked everything up in about 10 minutes. It was really easy to set up. The batteries on the microphones were still going strong after 5 continuous hours of use. (We had charged up the mics the day before). The sound quality is amazing and both of the microphones are portable, wireless, and have great amplified sound. The range was perfect in our living room and even in the kitchen, I had a strong connection throughout the whole house. THANK GOODNESS FOR WIRELESS! We had a few kids running around in the house and I am so glad there weren’t any wires for them to trip on. The microphones use rechargeable AA batteries and they are all included in the box. The machine does not take up very much room and is lightweight. I can’t wait for my future karaoke parties!

I purchased these microphones and they never worked very well. I thought it might be the batteries so I went to Walmart and purchased new rechargeable batteries.The range is not what the product description claims. I then purchased longer cables to get the unit closer than 20 feet and your voice will cut in and out. I changed the frequency's to no avail. I want to return it but it seems the item is out of warranty. I will now have to purchase the Shure microphones because of the praise and higher quality.The microphones don't seat tight in the charging ports. They wiggle all over the place.I do not recommend. Buy something else.

I didn’t have any luck with this product maybe you will. I’ll tell you my experience: pro: nicely built, professional looks —— con: I was standing from 8-10 feet within line-of-sight and it was already cutting off, turn the corner to another room and it completely shut off, definitely can’t go through walls. That’s my experience hope it has helped your decision.

From 60 feet with clear line-of-sight, we were getting occasional drop outs. There's no way this thing would be good at 250 feet. But other than that, the sound quality is good and it is a decent value for the price.

I use this for my karaoke machine at home. It picks up sound much better than the wired mics that came with the karaoke machine.

The portability and sound are more than I could've hoped for. These microphones will be great for our annual outdoor parties with karaoke. In the meantime, we are singing our hearts away inside. Thanks!

Installation is easy. The sound is pretty good. The signal is strong.The included rechargable batteries don't last long. They last around 2.5 to 3 hours before needing to put back to the base to recharge.
