Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning 32oz

Love this on French fries.

I used to order this in 16 oz containers by the case directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturer raised their shipping and handling charges to the point where it was not affordable. I was very happy to find this at a reasonable price on Amazon and free shipping with my Prime membership. This is a great spice mixture. I enjoy it on meats, potatoes, eggs, popcorn, seafood. Highly recommended, it is delicious!

If you like spicey this is for you. Don’t inhale near this stuff, it’ll start a sneezing attack!

Very good seasoning. We put it on almost everything we cook.

The spiceyness

I rarely use salt in or on anything and when I do it’s Himalayan Pink in a grinder. So this spice, for my palate, is very salty tasting.

Originally bought Tony Chachere's to use on fish & seafood because my family background and food heritage are from South Louisiana, and I get tired of the blandness of seafood cooked anywhere else. But this stuff is so much more than a seafood seasoning. I've used it more and more over the years, and now a carton of regular salt lasts me for years because Tony's has pretty much replaced salt. I use regular salt in eggs, desserts, some potato dishes, and grits. Everything else gets Tony's: All meats (of course), vegetables, stir-fries, casseroles, salads, soups, stews, gumbos, popcorn, nuts, dips, sauces, homemade sauerkraut, you name it. And anything at all that has anything to do with Louisiana cooking.

I love this stuff! I use it on everything savory and it makes everything delicious. The only downsides are that it makes me sneeze every time and if I fry with it, it fills the house with noxious pepper gas that makesmy wife cough uncontrollably.

I've used Tony's since I was was a wee boy on anything creole. Also great on fries, chips, rice, seafood, chicken, pork, whatever you want to have a creole kick.

We live in Australia now and it's been difficult to find our favourite seasoning since COVID. But this giant bottle arrived within just a few days from Amazon with free delivery and we couldn't be happier. This seasoning can be used on anything and everything and has just the right touch of spicy. Highly recommended. We've been using it for 30 years plus.
