Weston 07-3201-W-A Meat Cuber/Tenderizer Attachment for PRO-Series Grinders

This is a must if you own your own restaurant and want to do your own cube steak . The Tenderizer works great even know it is a little rough to assemble it to the grinder.Here are some tips about this product which I discover myself .1- When assembling it to the Grinder use your right hand to push and make sure you line it up so that they fit together.2- Comb left has one less teeth and you must make sure left comb goes on left side and right comb on the right side .3-Tenderize each piece at least twice .4-clean and sanitize your work area.5- clean and sanitize each part ( It is VERY important that you sanitize the parts after EACH use)6- Let all the parts to FULLY air dry before you assemble it .7- Cover your machine with plastic ( A large clean unused trash bag is just fine to use)when not in use.

Not sure if I am missing something here, but the meat keeps wrapping around the rolls inside. The tenderizer is very well made and durable. The performance is the same as a cheap low grade tenderizer that I have.... The meat wraps around on the rollers inside. May be operator error, but it seems to be pretty straight forward how to use it.

They said it would fit my grinder when I ask them and when we finally got around to using it this past deer season it wouldn't fit and to late to return....and now i am stuck with this cause when we finally killed a deer to try it out...it still brand new and in the box...useless

Great tenderizer. It fit our Cabela's 1 hp grinder that we purchased in 2004. I called the Weston company and asked them before we made the purchase.

I am planning on buying this and I went to the Weston.com site to make sure it will fit my (Weston 10-0801-W)It The manufactures Says it will only fit select models including the•Old Series: 08-0801-W, 08-1201-W, 08-2201-W, and 08-3201-W/•New Series: 10-0801-W, 10-1201-W, 10-2201-W, and 10-3201-WThese are the only Models the (Weston Meat Cuber And Tenderizer Attachment , Model# 07-3201-W-A).
