I got size large for my female 28 pound dog. Of all of the many brands I tried, these by far worked the best. They seem a little big, but I am able to adjust the tabs so they fit snugly around her waist. There is elastic around the legs to help the diaper form to the body. These are the most abso!rbent diapers I found. Other brands would always leak through each night and my dog's fur would be wet. For these, I sometimes get a leak through, but even then, the dog's fur is not wet. For all of the diapers, I have found that I need to put on a recovery suit over the diaper or my dog is able to somehow wriggle out of the diapers. (The tabs are still adhered, but the diaper is on the floor instead of on my dog!)These are the only diapers I am buying from now on!

I bought these after looking over all the reviews from other customers. The price is good for the quantity of diapers included. Pet diapers are traditionally more expensive then children diapers, which I'd been using. Luvs size 1 diapers for my small cat. Simply make a hole for tail, tape the hole with the beige paper tape and reversed the closing from the bottom of his tummy to the back of his back, works great. However, they tend to be a bit bulkier but they keep my cats coat dry, a big plus. Just to be clear I do not keep my pet in diapers all day. I will diaper him occasionally when he wants to sit on my lap or cuddle with me in bed. These DoogieDiapers are not as effective as human diapers but what IS GREAT about them; they are thinner so more comfortable for pet, the hole is already there so no cutting, and the adhesive tape is velcro which is great for adjusting and quick removal. Overall, I would continue to buy this product and would recommend it for use on a cat. My cat is only 5 pounds so the XS is a perfect size for him. Absorbency score is subjecting depending on how long you are leaving the diaper on which is why I gave it a 4. My cat is small and I don't keep him diapered. I learned to help him relieve his bladder and we do that every morning and occasionally throughout the day. I want him to be able to do his natural functions on his own as much as possible. I simply keep vinegar w/water bottles ready to help with urine accidents, a small price to pay for years of joy he has brought me. I would by this product again.

Its sticker has good adhesion. I took it off three times and put it back. it still stick it together. It is better than other brand i tried. It fits good for my big dog. They make it bigger than before which is good for my big butt dog because it is easy to put them on. It absorbs her period well and hold for one day. But it couldn't hold her poop and pee since is a big dog poop. It leaks out everytime she poop and pee at the same time on her diaper. but i didn't expect the diaper do anything on that so is fine. I bought it just for her period. If they can lower the price I will be happier.

The product was really easy to use. This was my first time using a diaper for my 2 y/o German Shepherd. She's around 70 lbs., and we ordered the XL. They fit her pretty well, although it wouldn't hurt if it were a little bigger. My dog hasn't been spayed yet, and she was in heat just in time for a getaway where we'd be staying indoors in a dog-friendly AirBnB. These diapers allowed her to be inside with us, sleep on the bed, and walk on top of white rugs. ZERO leakage whatsoever. She also seems very comfortable with the diaper on and hasn't tried to take them off. The diapers do a great job of absorbing everything, and they also stay on very securely. They're easy to take off and put back on (whenever she needs a potty break). They're also very easy to adjust! Highly recommend.

Update: There has apparently been a change in the manufacturing process or design. With the last batch I received, the hole for the tail is so large that my female pup can actually pee through it as well as poop. Seriously??? I'll be returning all of the unopened packages. Even putting 2 diapers on at once isn't good enough - plus, if you use 2 at a time, the color-changing stripe is useless. I hate to do it, but I'm changing my review from 4 stars to 1.Original review: I've tried several different brands of diapers for my dog that refuses to be completely house trained. These are absolutely the best. I like that they have a color changing strip that lets you know if your pup is wet. The tail hole does allow poop to fall out. I put a piece of tape under the tail. That helps, but you have to remember that the dog's "pooper" is right beneath the tail, so it would be hard to make them with a tail hole that's big enough to get tail through but that won't let poop fall out. The reason I only gave 4 stars is that the adhesive tabs aren't sufficient. I have to also use plastic medical tape. I did give 5 stars for comfort even though my pup would probably prefer to not wear them at all, and I'm making the assumption that they're comfortable. :) Price is very good. I have them on a monthly subscription which saves even more.
