Godrej build quality and free installation - maim door
Standard, old school lock. Good build quality. Best part is Godrej offering free installation. Mr Raees from Godrej (installation technician) was prompt - within 24 hours. Had all equipment and installed it flawlessly. 5 stars to Mr Raees and Godrej on this experience. Recommend the product for main doors.

Today Installation has been done successfully. Technician "Raees" has very nice behaviour and knowledge. Right now product looks good and it's goderj so I am confident that it will be long lasting.

Very poor servicing by Godrej
Extremely poor service by Godrej for installation! He confirmed date and time thrice and cancelled it thrice. I am a working professional and I took leave from office thrice and still he didn't come! It's been one week ! If you cannot provide free installation then why mention it! Didn't expect this from Godrej !!!
