I'm very interested in this supplement for joint strength and repair. I have given this supplement three weeks to date so far and I have to say I'm seeing improvement in my joint health. I take the 2 supplement capsules after lunch. The supplements do not have a taste or after taste for me. I like that this supplement doesn't have any fillers in it. A good quality joint supplement that I would recommend.

Very happy with the overall quality of the MOVE product. I had been taking Curcumin for my knee for quite some time. I felt the immediate improvement using Move and the quality of the curcumin. It helped, but it was pricey. Not sure if I can afford that in my long term budget. But definitely a 70%ish improvement for an occasional purchase.

Very Impressed by these! I have very recently started working out again (11 m post partum) and having these on hand to take to improve recovery has been great!

Been taking these every day for 2 weeks and so far no reduction in joint pain. I have knees that pop real bad when doing leg exercises and just going up stairs. I have noticed no reduction in my knee pain. Thankfully no side effects. The packaging is nice.

I started taking these hoping for just a little relief, but wow — the difference surprised me. My knees feel looser, mornings are easier, and I’m moving around with way less discomfort. It’s such a nice feeling when something actually works. These have become part of my daily routine now, and I’m really happy with them.

Very good ingredients - love the packaging - but I dont think they should put “joint relief” in 5 days - I was tempted to buy another months worth but there was no improvement - dont expect miracles

This is a 60 count joint supplement with a serving size of 2 capsules daily, which makes this a 1 month supply. Each serving contains 250mg of Tamarind and Turmeric Extract, 200mg of Boswellia, and 175mg of Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA). Not your typical ingredients for a joint supplement, which is what makes this unique. These ingredients really emphasize decreasing pain by reducing inflammation and cartilage degradation. I think the star of the ingredients is PEA, with which most people are not likely familiar. This naturally occurring compound not only promotes anti-inflammation but can also desensitize cell receptors for a pain relieving effect, so a double whammy. It’s typically taken at doses of 300 to 1,200mg daily, so this does fall a little short. Other than that, all around good quality joint supplement, ingredients, and unique packaging.
