It reduces the size of the bump/swelling.

Q: I see that this company also makes suppositories has anyone tried those and are they as good as the ointment?

I have used the cream as well as the suppositories. I would say the suppositories would be better if you have internal hemorrhoids that you can not reach as easily. In my experience, using both works wonders!

This tiny cream is much over hyped, it doesn't give you any relief. For the first 5mins it will give you a burning sensation that's all. Been using the Cream for 2 weeks now but it's of no use.Do not buy it!
