They are so pretty & do capture sunlight beautifully. I just wish they weren't breaking so easily. One was already broke when I opened it and another broke and fell by the first evening it was up, so not a value for the money. Other than that, the reflective aspect is fun for the cats, for whose entertainment they were purchased. If I had to, I'd improvise by tying the gemstones onto something besides the weak chain. size would be good if they stayed put together!!

These are gorgeous and do cast a few rays of sun but they aren’t as sparkly as true faceted crystal that isn’t coated to be iridescent. The rainbows they cast are a bit “meh” and muted. But they’re still REALLY well worth the price.
