Great Indoor Exercise Bike
Review for Advamsoler Exercise Bike for Home Gym Use, Indoor Cycling Spin Bike with App LCD Display & Tablet Holder, Quiet Stationary Bike for Fitness Cardio Workout With the nights starting drawing in I wanted a form of indoor exercise to keep me active and motivated and fit during Autumn and Winter when its always a challenge to get out. A bike was a good alternative requiring a compact space and offering a good cardiovascular workout, easy to do and allows me to engage in other activities (lets face it exercise for many can be less than enjoyable). The bike comes well packed in a reasonably and partially assembled in the bottom half requires little assembly. Before use you need to attach the seat post, seat, handlebar stem, handle bars, pedals, trim, stability bars and console. The bike is solid, sturdy and weighty feeling like a stable exercise bike which doesn't move, sway or pitch around at all. Fitted with a resistance knob for controlling resistance applied to the main flywheel to vary your workout by simulating the resistance you might get from hill climbing. The multi faceted handle bars allow you to vary your riding positions to mimic the riding positions you might adopt in various different riding scenarios such as sprinting, hill climb etc. The 16kg main flywheel provides a smooth noise free ride, and all aspects of the bike can be adjusted to suit your build to allow you to exercise in comfort. The main console is powered by 2 x AAA batteries (included) and is activated by movement detection of the pedals/wheel. The console displays basic information such as speed, distance and calories and supports bluetooth connectivity to connect compatible workout apps. Other things to note are the non slip pedals with foot cage , water bottle holder and a tablet holder. Overall a good alternative exercise option allowing a varied cardio vascular workout.

Well built
The blue Advamsoler bike now lives beside the patio doors, ready whenever the Aberdeen drizzle begins. It tucks away neatly, so the living room still feels like a living room rather than a bargain gym. Its steel frame is reassuringly weighty, with a 16 kg flywheel and curved handlebars you usually find in a studio class. A simple twist takes the resistance from zero up to a punishing hundred. Both saddle and bars adjust without a struggle, so the bike suits my six-foot frame and, after a quick tweak, also fits the ten-year-old who tries to beat my sprint score. Bluetooth links to Zwift or Kinomap, and the bar-mounted bracket keeps a tablet steady when the virtual gradient kicks up. Pedalling feels fluid and, at sensible loads, almost silent, allowing the collie to doze unbothered. I like the mixed hand positions and the small wheels that let me tilt the 35 kg frame and roll it back into the cupboard after each session. All told, the bike is robust, reasonably connected and quiet - ideal for training through our dreich winters. Easy to use and a great machine to have at home.

Great value and smooth quiet ride
I plonked the Advamsoler spin bike in the corner of the spare room last weekend and, in no time at all, it felt as though the Tour de France had set up camp at my place. The 16 kg flywheel teamed with the belt drive keeps the thing almost silent, so the chap next door probably imagines I’m practising mindfulness rather than inching up a virtual Alpine pass on Zwift. Pairing it with Kinomap was child’s play, the little LCD screen logs every watt I drip onto the mat, and the generously curved handlebars give me several positions to grab, which is handy when my sprint face goes the colour of a beetroot. Adjusting the saddle height and reach takes seconds, spin the levers, slide, tighten, job done. The resistance dial moves smoothly from a gentle warm-up to that “why on earth did I smash my quads yesterday?” burn, with no jolts in between. Although it can carry up to 25 stone, it never wobbles, and when I finish, the discrete transport wheels let me trundle it behind the wardrobe as if it were a suitcase. Putting it together was painless, one cup of tea, twenty minutes, finished. For the price, the build quality is spot on, the features are smarter than anything I have used at the gym, and it will pay for itself long before the next direct debit is due. Five stars, without a shadow of doubt.

Good quality exercise bike
I’ve been using this Exercise Bike for Home Gym Use, for over a week now, and I’m really impressed. The build quality feels solid and stable, even during more intense sessions. The ride is very smooth and, most importantly, quiet – which makes it ideal for home use without disturbing others. The LCD display is clear and easy to read, giving me all the essential stats like time, distance, speed, and calories. I particularly like the app connectivity, which adds an extra layer of motivation by letting me track progress and follow different workout plans. Adjustability is good: both the seat and handlebars can be tailored to find a comfortable position. The resistance range is wide enough for both light cardio and more challenging workouts, so it suits different fitness levels. Overall, this bike offers excellent value for money – quiet, sturdy, and well-equipped for regular home workouts.

Perfect for my apartment.
This bike was really easy to put together, and it didn’t take long at all. It’s the perfect size for my apartment—compact but still really sturdy. The ride is smooth and super quiet, so I can use it while watching TV. The seat and handlebars adjust easily, and it’s comfortable to use. Overall, it’s a great bike for home workouts and doesn’t take up too much space.
