Effective megadose
I don't absorb D3 well so I need to megadose (20,000 to 60,000 IU daily) to get my blood level up to 50-65 range and keep it there. This large dose and small capsule size are convenient. Tried water soluble forms (oral spray per Dr Blaylock suggestion) and liquid drops (spoke with scientists at the manufacturers), neither worked for me. For those concerned about D3 toxicity, do the research and you will be astounded at the blatant misinformation. D3 has many benefits, is often at critically low levels, and is cheap and easy (and IMO safe) to supplement. A blood test for vitamin D levels is very cheap even when paying out of pocket. Avoid the synthetic D2 form used in many cheaper products. Consider extra K2 together with megadoses of D3 (again, do your own research)
