This product is excellent. If you get dipped nails as I do they sometimes start to lift towards the end before I get them done again. You put a coat of this over your nails and it's amazing how it fills in the gaps and it keeps your hair from getting caught under the part of your nail polish that's lifting up. And it adds a nice shine to your nail polish if it gets dull.

My nails get so brittle in the Winter and end up breaking over my skin, which hurts like crazy. Decided to try this and I can now see white on my nail tips again! I work in a barn and also walk dogs and my nails haven't split, cracked or broken in almost 2 weeks since I started using this! No plans to trim them to be the same length till the shorter ones grow out a bit more, but I will try to remember to update here on if trimming them causes any breakage or what not.

It is pretty good to build your nails up and at least protect them from hand washing wear and tear.

Unfortunately my nails are still splitting and flaking. It helps a little, better than bare nails.

My nails were very thin and brittle after having Acrylic nails for a few months this has instantly made them stronger now hopefully they may grow a bit.
