Nice ram at affordable price

I have a bad habit of listening to music on youtube while playing games unfortunately with the amount of ram chrome eats up my fps would always drop from around 90 fps to even 45 sometimes just because chrome ate up all the ram which was 8 gibs at the time so now i got this 8gib stick of adata ram to complement my 8gib of samsung ram preinstalled on my laptop and now i don't get a single fps drop under 80 fps and textures load super fast since there's no ram constraint now and youtube runs fine as well.......so i would say go for it...

Worked with my HP Pavilion DK series from 2019. Make sure you google how to check compatiblity of Ram before ordering. Check frequency, form factor, and any other requirements.Lol should have upgraded earlier.

The product is great as it should be. Packing was very good and the delivery from Amazon was great too. Its working perfectly as it should be. I'm using an Asus Tuf FX705GM and it came with a single 8GB memory stick with another empty slot and my motherboard does support dual channel memory. So, this Adata 8GB DDR4 2666MHz was the cheapest RAM stick available out there for my upgrade and I did require a total of 16GB RAM for the games I play. Before upgrading there used to be few stutters now and then in some of the heavy demanding games. But after this upgrade I'm really happy to inform that I don't face any more such stutters and every game on my system is running very smoothly with no issue of response delay. The additional 8GB of memory did help a lot in this regard and the best part was the implementation of the dual channel memory. Adding RAM doesn't help you squeeze out more fps from your games, for that one needs to upgrade the gpu. But as intended this RAM stick did work as it should be clearing out problems associated with less memory. Its true, in 2019 one needs at least 16GB of RAM in his system if he or she desires to play the latest AAA titles which have become very demanding. Its the cheapest 8GB memory stick out there and its definitely a bang for the buck. Absolute value for money.

Initial experience:It was easy to install, no additional configuration required. Upgraded my 8Gb laptop to 16GbThe tragedy:But in exactly a month it was dead. I don't know how it happened, but the laptop stopped booting. I removed the adata ram and the laptop boots.Since it has a lifetime warranty, i thought of getting it replaced.The struggle:I tried contacting the customer care but the phone numbers don't work.I wrote to them and got a reply that i should take it to the nearest service center to get a replacement.But the number given in their website didn't work.I tried contacting the numbers given in various blogs but they were either non reachable, or the store didn't take adata RMA.Service center experience:Finally i got a phone number from one of my contacts, and upon contacting the person said that they indeed handle Adata RMA. Apparently they have been Adata RMA partners for past 3 years but had no clue that their contact number was not listed in the official website.I went to the store and handed over the RAM and was informed that the store is just a pickup point. They will send the item to another city and the replacement will come from there. The process should take around 20 days and i will be getting a call once the replacement ram arrives.Fast forward to 30 days later, i am anxiously waiting with no contact from the store, i am worried whether i got scammed. So i called and was informed that the replacement ram has just arrived, i can pick it up tomorrow. So i pick up the replacement ram get it home.Currently:It has been running fine for around 1.5 months now. I will update if the new ram dies.
