Great value for money for a good entry-level bag. It's steady, of nice quality, and very light. The magnetic pocket is very handy for quick access.

I do like the bag. Lightweight and seems well made and hopefully durable. What I don't like is the poor customer service. Like some of you I followed the included instructions for the customized ball bag flap. They are supposed to send a customized ball flap that will replace the existing one. After 2 weeks I contacted customer service at Izzo. They don't have my submission. Wanted to know what name I submitted it under, color of the bag and through what webpage I submitted my information. (the webpage on the instruction sheet included with the golf bag! ) Gave them this info and they advised they would contact me with an update. Nothing to be heard. I think this is a scam and a come on. Not sure I would use this customized bag flap anyway and I didn't purchase this golf bag for this feature. Just letting you know so if you're on the fence about a bag (fathers day perhaps?) don't let the customized bag flap be your determining factor, cause you're not likely to receive it. Nice bag tho.Edit: Heard from Izzo! They're out of stock (black). Might see personalized ball flap by July or August.Welp, it's the end of August. No personalized ball flap and no response to 3 separate email inquiries. Seems a lost cause. As stated, I did not purchase this bag for this feature but if you do, don't hold your breath.Today is October 18, 2021. Bag flap arrived. Too late for the golf season here in Wisconsin, but it did arrive.

My Izzo Lite II bag came in and it looks amazing! I am very excited to use it! Overall great bag. I was a little bummed to not have a hat in the package since looking at all the reviews with the free hat! None the less fantastic golf bag!

Nice golf bag. Comfortable to wear. Able to carry what I need. Though the quality of the fabric feels cheap, not the quality of fabric that I remember it being back in the day. Well see how long it lasts, so far so good.

I ordered an Izzo Lite golf bag from Amazon. It looks great, has plenty of dividers for a full set of clubs and the right number of pockets. It’s sturdy and the double straps make it harder they portable. The Amazon Prime price represents exceptional value to me.

I ordered this in late February to give to my grandson for his birthday on May 10th. It is now May 27th, he had used the bag exactly 3 times and it is starting to fall apart. Because I bought this gift early they now say it is not eligible for a return or refund. I have owned several IZZO bags over the years and never had a problem but I am frustrated that here seems to be no way to get satisfaction on this item because it was purchased 2 months early as gift. Amazon's customer service held me in a chat for over an hour only to tell me "their hands are tied". If I had purchased this at a local store they would have replaced this or refunded me the money after having only used it 3 times. Amazon doesn't offer any satisfaction for shipping me a defective item. Next time I will she at Dick's or Golf Galaxy!
