The Swiss Army Knife of solar generators
Extremely flexible platform. 120v in and 240v out has been quite handy in a few cases. The power handling is way up there, especially when using 240v input and using its bypass abilities. Great capacity for its size. Display is fantastic, clear, bright, useful, usable at a glance. Fans are relatively quiet, although I wish actual temp had a greater influence. They ramp instantly with load. But even at full wack, not terrible and near silent up to about 1kw on inverter. UPS function is reliable. More so than others that might get confused with on/off/on/off cycles typically seen in outages. Portability is great for its weight and size with the big comfy handles and general shape. I like that it doesn't have eleventy thousand inputs and outputs, such as no wireless charging or USB or DC at all. There are adapters for most things. I don't need any of them, so am happy to not have to pay for them. The Bluetti app is competent, modern, stable, and easy to use. My complaints are few and unimportant 1) Fan noise could be improved. I'd like to see the fans be demand based vs programmed for power levels. I have mine sitting a nice cool room. The exhaust air is even cool. But the fans go brrrrr 2) I'd like to see how much power is going into the internal battery vs the expansion battery port. Like if/when you click on the battery symbol in the app 3) I'd like to see Bluetti pursue integrations. Access to cloud infos, direct API, etc Open her up, Bluetti!

They Treated Me Right
I bought an Apex 300 with the B500K backup battery on December 24, 2025. They arrived on the 27th, but I immediately discovered I couldn’t recharge the Apex 300 via AC. The B500K, on the other hand, worked just fine. So, right away I contacted Customer Service by phone. They asked me a couple of preliminary trouble-shooting questions, but realized quickly that the problem needed to be addressed at the next higher service level. Ultimately, Customer Service sent me an RMS and instructed me to FedEx the Apex 300 to their service shop in Texas. Once it arrived, they would ship out a new replacement. My replacement arrived on January 9, and has been working fine ever since. I really can’t complain much about Bluetti Customer Service. I was treated well, and my email communications were all with the same person. They were very responsive, and seemingly put my issue at the top of their TO DO list. I am very happy with the service I have received from Bluetti at this point. And even though it was unfortunate that I initially got a faulty piece of equipment, I have no reason to believe that one bad apple is indicative of the Bluetti brand as a whole. I believe consumers can judge a company by the Customer Service experience. Others have reported bad experiences with Bluetti Customer Service, but mine was a good one. My takeaways from this experience, and from others I have had with different companies, are as follows, 1. Save the shipping box and packing material, especially if the product weighs as much as the Apex 300. 2. Read all the directions before operating or assembling the product. 3. Conduct an inventory of the contents to ensure it matches what’s in the box. 4. If you have to contact Customer Service, follow their instructions to the letter even if they are tedious, repetitive, or require you to go out of your way. 5. Respond quickly to all communication, and be diligent throughout the process. 6. Be civil, be clear, document everything, and spell check any correspondence. 7. Remember the Customer Service person is a human being just like you and me. 8. Rather than argue, ask for a supervisor. 9. I recognize that following these tips won’t guarantee a good Customer Service experience, but if you adhere to them and still end up with a sour taste in your mouth, the fault won’t be yours. And by the way, I don't work for Bluetti.
