Well packaged. Takes a couple of months for results so can't rate on validity of claims yet. The price is a bit high, but if claims for product work, then it's worth it. ●Update after a few months● My wife has thin hair and has used this as suggested every day since she's had it. Unfortunately, there has been no noticeable difference or hair growth. So, I'm changing rating to 2 stars. The extra star of for hoping it will eventually work. If it does, I'll update again. :(
