New Balance Men's 460 V2 Running Shoe

I really like these. Very light weight and comfortable. Basic classic look that's too hard to find anymore. Breathe extremely well (not good for winter). Appreciate the wide sizing availability. I bought one pair to try them, then ordered 4 more so I won't have to look for shoes I like for a long time!

I have worn other styles of New Balance mesh shoes for years, and I like their lighter weight for summertime wear. This shoe meets that criteria. It is both comfortable and lightweight. The color (Silver Mink) is not quite what is shown on Amazon, but it is close enough and still very acceptable. It is more of a silver with a light bluish tint; but looks good.

Very comfortable, fit true to size, overall a good pair of shoes. That said, after 5 months there are holes the exterior. This could be due to overuse though since they were my primary all-around shoes. Probably would work well if you can rotate them with other pairs of shoes.

This sneaker offers a great value for people with pronation issues. Also the price on amazon was just too good to pass up! It has New Balance's anti-pronation inner heel support built into the soles. I use this as my everyday walking shoe, and am very pleased with the value for the price-- I usually pay 2X that at D**Ks Sporting Goods and am happy when they have my 12 4E size in stock. I've had New Balance shoes before, and these shoes fit exactly like my old ones. Very comfortable. Good arch support. I order them a half size larger than my actual size, so that I can put a gel insert on top of the thin cushion that comes with the shoes. The result: Super Comfort! I'm 68 and the soles of my feet feel like they've gone flat. But the NB design and fit, plus the gel insoles, ensure that I'll be able to walk comfortably for hours.

I'm 77 yrs. old and do not run. However, my pediatrist told me years ago that the best walking shoe was a running shoe because of the support. I have a plantar problem. I haven't worn a regular shoe since then except to church or other more formal place. I have had good luck with New Balance. They always fit like I expect and feel quite comfortable.

Well made sturdy sneaker. Bought for my 12 year old son who is rough on things and these are holding up perfectly. He's been wearing them for several months now and they still look new!UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2020: These sneakers still look new, are still in fantastic shape and I am absolutely a huge fan. He will outgrow these before they ever wear out.

This might be a great shoe, but I had such a huge hassle getting it (lost in the mail, Amazon resent it, and finally received the wrong size). I got the gray pair look, and they look great. But the fit is very tight and short. In New Balance I'm usually a 14 D (medium width), but these do NOT have typical New Balance fit. If yoy have big feet, order a size up. I'm going to try a 14 2E or 4E or maybe even 15. This review lost stars due to the huge hassle (lost in the mail, 4 weeks to even get the shoes, realized they don't fit, still waiting for a refund, and ordering a different size). They seem like nice gym shoes if you get the right fit. I'll update this review if/when I get a pair that fits. It is going into months now since I placed that first order. I could've spent 30 minutes in a shoe store and gotten a pair that fits and looks good. We'll see how this goes.....
