Perfectly Balanced Sound
I am very picky with speakers and have used the older 6030cs Infinitys in the past. Compared to other brands the tweeters on these components are perfect. I hate overly "bright" or screechy high end frequencies because they give me a headache and are very fatiguing to listen to at higher volumes. This is not a problem with the Infinity Reference line. The tweeters are clean and very well rounded. I have tried JBL GTOs, Pioneer A - Series, and Alpine Type Rs in past owned vehicles as well as installed countless other brands for friends and the Infinity's are on a different level completely. The installation hardware included will cover a huge amount of installations for the tweeters. My only complaint is the speakers do not come with wire that has the female connectors for the mid range and the wire for the tweeters is about 4 inches long and does have pre wired female connectors on them? You will want to pick up some extra 16 gauge wire to make the distance of connecting from the crossover to wherever your speakers are in the door panel. As long as Infinity keeps there quality I will exclusively use them from now on. On a side note I highly recommend that you amplify these. I ran them as a factory replacement for a day and while cleaner sounding than my factory speakers the volume level was less for my install (I have my front speaker wires tapped for a active line output converter so the resistance is higher than if it was just speakers) After installing my 60 watt rms Orion amp these came to life being 5-10 times louder and cleaner sounding. Highly recommended!!

6530CX have been replaced with 607CF... great speakers!
The 6530CX speaker are no longer offered and have been replaced by with the 607CF component speakers. Same specs. So this review is based on my experience with the 607CF speakers ... not the 6530CX. The 607CF's are amazing sounding speakers! I can't say enough about them.... the base is low and the treble is high! Best sounding tweets I've heard. They haven't even broken in yet and they still sound incredible. These replaced several other speakers that I've tried and are the best sounding. The only other speakers I tried that came close were also Infinity's (6532EX).... those started out not so impressive at first. Fast forward a couple weeks and they became incredible sounding! Must be patient and let speakers break in before truly judging them... I learned that and was humbled. If these 607CF's sound this good now, I can't wait to hear what they sound like in a few weeks! :)

In this price range one if not the best top pick
I am actually being a little unfair only giving them 4 stars since in its price range it is definitely one of the top speakers for the price. And to get much better quality you're going to be spending almost twice as much. But I am old school and the speaker's back in the day late 80s early 90s that were made by companies that have sold out now like MB quart we're definitely far superior. The speakers will get loud with external amplification but loud and true quality sound are definitely two different animals . As is mentioned very often with the Infiniti components the tweeters are the star here not too bright and definitely controllable with equalizer to your exact preference. Mid ranges are adequate to good most of the top-tier in this price range are and what happens once again spend much more money to get something a lot better. Crossovers are a bit large but I have plenty of room but some cars might not so something to think about before you buy. Have the two-way references in the back doors and two 10-inch skar Subs underneath the seat and it definitely sounds good and once again for the price I don't think I could have gotten better sound. So don't let the four-star throw you for the price definitely 5-star it's just as I stated previous I'm old school and cheap and there are definitely better speakers out there but you're going 2 be paying more money.

Absolutely fantastic
Got them for 139. I'm always trying to get sound just right with as much range without adding a Bass speaker. I've done the full Sound Deadening and Foam surround for the door. the bass is impressive and the tweeters aren't overly bright. It has incredible clarity and yes the lowest of the lows are not there but I can say my car rattles well enough at half Volume to be more then happy with them. Please do not take any shortcuts with these in installation and you will absolutely have these impressing. I am unable to go beyond 25/40 on my head unit before it's just outright too loud for me to handle. also these are ran straight off of the head unit

Sound great at mid volume. Don't exceed about 60W RMS.
They sound great if you don't push them too hard. The 90W RMS rating doesn’t seem accurate though and they can't keep up with a ported Sundown SA-12 (750W+ RMS). I've had these speakers for 2.5 years and set to about 90W RMS and one of them blew the other day. I have a DSP cutting everything below about 80hz by more than -15db and a highpass filter on the amp for about 80hz since these can't handle any bass near the volume I enjoy. If you don't push these above maybe 50-60W RMS you'll probably be okay. They sound great at mid volume, they just can't keep up with my sub. I'll replace these with some that can handle around 200W RMS to give me more headroom. I have the coax version in the rear doors which are still working fine but they're getting around 50W RMS. For most people these will probably last a lot longer.

Value for money great bass and vocal combination
I purchased these components last month after so many studies about infinity and focal components..after that i order infinity as its value for money product according to its specifications..after delivery i fitt them by myself in my i20 front doors and trust me its awesome to listening its sound clearly even i dnt have an amplifier even though thses sound great in my i20 with factory headunit..no need of amplifier for these components as I observed its power without amplifier..5star purchase

Great SQ, would buy the same again in a heartbeat
I would 100% get these again. Speaker sensitivity is great - good volume with the head unit (which appears to be rubbish). But head unit would go into protection too easily, so I wired them up to an amp, and I can highly recommend powering them with an amp. I initially got a set for the front, decided to get the same for the rear, and it's sublime. Original was 4x 6", one in each door, and tweeters for the front. Custom-built 2x6" woofer under the seat made excellent sub-bass. Upgrade without woofer is a lot better, although I will likely add compact subs under the seats in the future. Don't expect sub-bass, but SQ is really good. Voices are much clearer at low volume for podcasts and calls, music has much more detail than before.

Also nur versuchsmässig Lautsprecher tauschen. Hoch und Tieftöner eben. Linke Seite Herz, rechte Seite Infinity.
