I love these Nuun Tablets! I’ve tried many different electrolytes tablets for health issues and these are by far my favorite and the most effective for me. Flavors are great and have quality ingredients. Will be purchasing again!

I’m happy with this product and will buy again, but I do want to point a few things out so you know what you’re getting into, lol. I like the convenience of this product, toss a tube in my gym bag and all I have to do is drop a tablet into my shaker cup and bam, electrolytes easily. I also like that each tablet has everything needed for proper hydration with only 1g sugar. The taste is very bland, but that doesn’t bother me much because I don’t care for stuff that is too sweet, like Liquid IV, but it’s a little too bland, I don’t mind adjusting.. (just keep that in mind). Another odd thing is that it seems carbonated. Not hardcore like a soda, but it’s def on the carbonated side. I gave it 4 stars because it’s hella bland and kinda carbonated. lol. Overall, Nuun offers proper hydration with 1g of sugar, so I’ll adapt!

These tablets are exactly what I needed to stay hydrated. Got these during the end of my pregnancy as I needed more electrolytes and needed help staying hydrated and I had tried different drink mixes and never could drink an entire glass of any of them. But these were great! I like that there's a little bit of an initial fizz to them once they start dissolving as it makes the drink better In my opinion. I'm very bad at drinking water so these help me out a lot. And all the flavors are good which is rare for me! 10/10
