Love them and will continue to buy for all shoes
Have ordered many times for my shoes - best ones I've found! Great arch support and comfort without taking up too much space.

Best insoles
These are my favorite insoles. I've used them for years. They are supportive but not too hard and they have different cushioning thicknesses depending on the shoe type. I use these in sneakers and the thick cushioned ones in hiking boots. For my foot's long arch I have to buy a few sizes bigger than my shoe size, and then cut them down. For my first pair, I tried the oven option to mold them. But for subsequent pairs I found that just putting them right into my shoe was good enough and it would mold to my feet over time. I would recommend trying these in a local store first if you have that option. Many running stores and a certain outdoor store chain usually have them with trial stations set up for you to find your fit. Buying your shoe size might not give you the arch support you need, but you won't know that until you try them out. They are built in a way that they are meant to be cut down to fit your shoe.

Great upgrade to ski and mountaineering boots.
I don't use these for everyday shoes or even backpacking boots but I've used these insoles on all my mountaineering boots over the last 12 years. They made a HUGE difference in how comfortable my first pair of boots were so I've stuck with them ever since. I just bought these for a new pair of ski boots and figured I'd try them in those and they have made a nice difference. I heat molded the ones for all my other boots but didn't make the time to do it on these before using them and they are fine. Heat molding is super easy though so I may take them out and do that soon. I like that these are one piece and don't have a separate heel plate attached like Superfeet as well.

These insoles can save a shoe or boot that you feel is too tight in volume.
It isn't the best insole, but it definitely increases the volume inside the shoe, or boot if you feel your volume with the existing insole makes the shoe, or boot uncomfortable. I have many climbing/hiking and mountaineering shoe/boots that fit length wise. but the inside volume was very tight, the shoe/boot fit great with no insole, adding these is like not having an insole and makes the fit much better.

Better than the Cork Inserts
These provide more support than the cork version and they don’t squeak! The fact that they mold to your foot is also a big plus.

Major relief from Plantar Fasciitis. I don't go anywhere without them anymore!
This is essentially the same review I've submitted for every style of Sole inserts/footbeds that I have tried. I've tried four styles and I love them all. even the thinnest ones offer excellent arch support so they all work well for me. Got these after suffering from Plantar Fasciitis. They were perfect. I first discovered them in 2016 and haven't worn shoes without putting Sole footbeds in them ever since. Except... I did purchase new shoes recently and ordered new Sole inserts for them but they hadn't arrived yet. I went for a few long walks and very short jogging without them and started getting foot pain. when the Sole inserts arrived I had no more problems. They have excellent arch support. I saw a reviews that say "Life Changing" and "Miracle" which may sound extreme but I fell pretty much the same way. I had custom inserts made for me through the VA (Department of Veterans Affairs) . I tried them for a while and they were better than nothing but I ended up taking them out and using the Sole inserts in every shoe I own. It's good to take them with you when you try on shoes. I have tried the thick, medium, and thin versions of Sole inserts and use all three depending on how much room there is in the shoe. I highly recommend all of the Sole Inserts (Footbeds). They are well worth the investment and will spare your feet from lots of pain. I have tried heat molding them but prefer to just put them in and let them mold naturally to my feet. They last a long time. I've really never worn any out to the point that I through them away. I just bought new ones because I felt like I'd had them so long and moved the older ones to shoes that I rarely wear. I love this product.

I had the medium thickness SOLEs in my blundstones (I’m a size 7.5 and I got size 8 blundstones) and they pinched the tops of my feet. So much so that my feet went completely numb on top (which I’m still dealing with half a year later!!) I thought my blundstones just needed to stretch but eventually enough was enough. I got the thin ones to try since I knew the insole quality was there and now my blundstones are SO comfy! (I got a women’s size 8 insole and they fit perfect, no need to cut) I like the met pad too. Comfy and keeps my toes aligned! I like how stiff and supportive these insoles are, and so cheap compared to custom insoles! I never cooked them in the oven they were good to go straight out of the box and into my boots!

These are great. I got custom orthotics made, and a footbed/gait analysis done. These were the closest to what the custom set ended up being, as I didn't want to pay another $500 to get more sets of orthotics. I like how they give a bit of support to my heel, and the met pad is great to promote toe splaying to properly disperse weight. Just make sure your shoes are wide and long enough for your feet (I was told mine are too small!) I put these in my trail running shoes and my ski boots. My daily sneakers get the custom orthotics. I have noticed a complete absence of pain in my knees, foot plantar fascia, and shins since installing all 3 sets. That said, I've also been doing my exercises and stretching like the pedorthist told me to. I did not heat treat these. I just broke them in by wearing. I don't need much correction, but these are great.

I was looking for something to enhance the arch support on my Sidi mountain bike shoes as the OEM insoles are rubbish. Originally purchased the medium which were too thick so I designated those for a pair of dress shoes. However this thin version fits the cycling shoes perfectly and allows the heel to still fit deep inside the shoe and maintain adequate heel retention. I had to trim a bit off the tops, but that was easy - I just outlined the OEM insole and cut to fit. On the trails the shoe feels way better and I actually noticed about a 5 watt increase in power. I'm no kinesiologist, but I'm assuming with the flatter oem insoles my arch was flexing on the down/power stroke, while with these insoles with more arch support there's less arch flex and it's a more direct power transfer.

Yup they are thin and they did work better than the sole insert that comes with my sneakers.

I'm 71 with arthritis everywhere, including my feet. My arches have dropped as well. These insoles can be heat molded to your foot. I didn't do that because all shoes are different. They are supportive and well made. They hold your foot as they were when you had an arch. They are somewhat rigid but in a good way. You can trim them at the toe end. They take some getting used to so go slowly. Once your feet get over the change, you'll never look back. Thin enough to fit most shoes.
