So amazing the bonus son loved it for his Christmas birthday present. It does move very quickly and has a very good speed on it the basket is quality made so that we could put even something as heavy as a 30 Rack in it yes we were testing to see how it would hold. It is a little fast so I wouldn't buy for any child that is under the age of 12

So far so good. It's awesome. I can now keep up with my 8 yr old Autistic son while he runs everywhere at a huge park, then when he's tired he rides back to tahoe with me. Awesome tool!

One thing I do not like about the scooter is where the ignition is for the motor....on the battery compartment opposite the kickstand. Other than that so far rides smooth, and the assembly was a snap. The LCD screen for the speed is a significant upgrade to my other scooter I had, a Ssigad Gopher Plus. Handles the rough roads where I live as well. I dropped the scooter from a 5 star to 3 due to a cosmetic issue, (the skid plate was warped/damaged upon recieving the package) and a major safety issue: My throttle requires me to hold the LCD screen with my thumb in order to maintain speed, and not have the thing slip back and slow down. There is also no screw on that part to re adjust it/tighten it. Other than that its still usable, just requires more attention to stay safe with. After 3 months the throttle stopped working, and the manufacturer has been unable to locate a replacement, nor provide a working alternative.

The scooter was easy to assemble the instructions and video very helpful. The product was carefully packaged and easy to open without any trouble. The scooter rides smoothly and very comfortable and all attachments were easy to assemble. Charging component with easy access. Very well pleased with this product. A very good purchase.

Update- messaged company and they responded within 24 hours. To fix battery issue remove the screws in the floor panel and disconnect the battery and reconnect it and charger will work. We do have to buy another charger though, only worked using our neighbors charger. Scooter came in good condition but the battery is dead. The charger shows it’s fully charged, yet the battery is still at 0% after charging for 8 hours. If you even beep the horn the battery dies. For yesterday and my daughter is now devastated that she can’t ride it.

This scooter is powerful. They limit the top speed to 20mph but it accelerates fast. It will climb a hill too. It is heavy though. I'm 62 and it's a little tough for me to handle. But I love it.

I love this scooter sooooo much! It has been a joy to ride and I get compliments on it every single time I take it out. If you keep it fully charged every day, it has surprising pick-up & speed. I added a basket to the front and a crate to the back so it carries a chunk of groceries. I recommend adding rear-view mirrors. The lights are super bright. It was easy to assemble.

Although I’m a fan of the product, I’m honestly really upset right now. I cannot retain air in my back tire because the valve keeps getting jammed into the tire. Every single time I try to fill it, I have to use pliers to pull the valve back out. This is ridiculous on a brand-new product. Insurance already told me I’m within the return window — but I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning the whole thing. I just need the part replaced. But when I went to your website, it’s asking me to pay an absurd price — as if I didn’t just spend nearly $200 on shipping alone. I just need a replacement tire honestly. I paid good money for this, and I shouldn’t be jumping through hoops to fix a manufacturing issue.
