I drape it under the bar, grab it from the top and twist the bar towards me to tighten

will these also provide good wrist support for bench amd shoulder press or strictly fir pulling exercises

Yes, the wraps are nice, they even have a rubber grip side to it so when u deadlift or rack pull the bar doesn’t turn in your hand

Open the Velcro and start it through the metal loop; slip it over your hand to your wrist. Adjust it so the weight strap lays across the palm of your hand and tighten the wrist strap. With practice, you can put the other hand on while wearing the first one.

Hi thank you for your question regarding our weight lifting straps. No they are not Nylon. We dont have any nylon on these straps. They are heavy duty straps with silicone bubbles on the strap for a better grip.
