I am using Madhunashini 2 tab twice a day along with this I am also taking Sri Sri tatva Nishamalki 2 tab twice. Combination of these tablet results is awesome. Now my HbAC1 is close to normal range.

Effective on longer use. I have been using twice daily since last 6 years. My diabetic definitely came under control. My diabetologist reduced my allopathic dose. Consult once with Ayurveda specialist and start your medication but don't stop your allopathic medicine immediately. Gradually you can reduce allopathic medicines based on your sugar level or HbA1c after consulting Dr.
