The media could not be loaded. Tastes great and it's effective as well the only feedback I have is for the packaging. I don't have scale to measure the exact weight but my package was received half empty. I don't get why company will package 250 gms product in a 500 gms pack. I don't know if this is how it is meant to be or if it's my package that's half empty.

This is my replacement for all soft drinks/cofee. Wakes me up from afternoon slumber. Using just 1 scoop is enough for that.Not gonna use it as pre- or post-workout drink. Not an essential product to buy for muscle gain. There are better options for that(whey protein.. & whole food is always better.. eggs, chicken breast, even soy). Lots of myths around this concept of pre- & post-workout meal/supplements. People seem to think ingredients in their post-workout meal is directly going to their muscle. Doesn't work exactly like that.

Great for muscle recovery after workout. But it won't build muscle on it's own, need to combine with good protein diet for that. Also good option for replacing sugared drinks/fruit juice if you have cravings for them. This is at least sugar free and gives a slight caffeine kik.Taste is awesome, doesn't feel much like a suppliment. Thats what the premium price is for. I have tried orange and pineapple flavour, both are good. I liked pineapple more as it feels more natural but availability for that lesser. Hope more flavours will be available in future.

I just love this mix of caffeine and aminos ..it is extremely effective for my 90 minute lifting sessions and i lift heavy. This does not give any jitters or crazy pumping heart...and no post workout crash and soreness. Just 1.5 scoops are enough which gives 75mg caffeine. I also tried L-citrulline and BCAAs standalone, but not as effective as this one. Cheers...and thumbs up for rk world seller

U received this product on 26 dec but I accidentally opened it . I selected pineapple flavour but it’s bitter and no signs of pineapple main then i checked it’s authenticity it’s not authentic. I am very unhappy about this product and very doubtful about this product quality. I don’t know should i use it or no..

If your are looking for power pack energy(stamina) before work out you can definitely go for it .. I am writing this review after use of one month and it’s far better than other products available for this category.Their recommended dose is 2 scoops but if you use only one scoop still you will feel the stamina to performance heavy weight work out.There are lot of Pre work out with 200, 300 mg caffeine but when you use it your body will feel itching but with this one you will feel only energy and stamina nothing else.

I tried it for first time today after getting feedback from friends. it worked well for me. I used as pre workout. 2 scoops with 350ML water, 20 mins before hitting the gym. I did 45 mins strength training, 30 mins volleyball and 15 mins running around the field with toddler without getting tired at all. Usually I am drained after gym itself. Give it a try.
