New to my rebounder / reformer machine--- and exactly what I was looking for!!!
I am new to my pilates rebounder / reformer. I ordered several videos. I have gotten the most out of this video!!A TRUE FULL BODY WORKOUT!! Cardio, strength, core, flexibility.... Perfect for beginners who want to get a really good tutorial for what you can do with your machine, and a darn good workout with excellent technique review.

12min of the dvd is instruction, then the rest is not much of a workout

Inenjoynthe cardio tramp. Unlike the other Pilates DVDs I break a little sweat, makes me feel like I am working!!!

Good if you are new to the Cardiotramp. Otherwise, not a great workout.
The DVD is ok, at best. There were a few exercises that I did not know before, which was nice. Other than that, I did not find it challenging and did not break a sweat. I purchased this hoping to break up my routine and learn some new moves as I use the reformer at home. I feel I get a better workout on my own with the moves I have retained from classes that I have taken.The length is also not as long as I would like.One other note, this is more of a quality issue. At one point, there is an error made by one of the students on the DVD. The instructor just corrects them, but no editing. For the $34.95 that the company charges, you would think that they would do some editing and additional shoots to make it flow correctly.Overall, that did not impact my workout but I just thought that they shot it once and that was it and were not concerned about the quality.If you are at a beginner level, I guess I would say it is ok
