Very good product at very reasonable price for my 2kitties

Overall product is good in terms of quality. Sturdy material. But the front lid was missimg when the package arrived. This is a drawback which I see. Didn't receive the complete product as per description.

It's Better than I expected, but the white top lid could have been more firm.

Item was broken when it arrived and customer service wasn’t helpful

The good thing is that, it is covered, I have a kid at home and obviously I didn't want him following the cat to its business box and messing with it and at this price this seemed like the only option so the job is done. The problem is It is not sturdy The box attaches to the tray with very flimsy looking clips or whatever u can call that contraption.... So u better lift the box supporting the bottom tray with one hand and it's not ergonomic to do it becoz there are no handles. I just wish it was more sturdy!!! Which is very much possible for the manufactures to deliver at this price. In the end its not a happy purchase but just a compromise because u really can't do without a covered box indoors with small kids and a pet cat.

レビューにあった通り、トレイ前面が浅いが許容範囲ではないかと思う。簡易だが必要最低限な軽い造りで不足なし。小柄な成猫にぴったりだった。意外と小ぶりなトイレは少ない。ドアは猫が警戒するので最初から外して使っています。
