Instead of making me lean its increasing my weight and it has artificial sweetener which may is bad.I run 8kms a day even after that no change in weight but whenever I stop consuming it I can see the effects.It was my personal experience so buy at your own risk.

Let me tell you guys something , If you joined gym recently its the best product for you for support your muscle building goal. It has 15 gm mixed protine and it is highly recomended by me . And it is way more better than those bad mass gainer with lots of simple carbs . They'r making us fool . It is not a only whey supliment sk don't expect too much .. it is a supliment to support your diet and helping you to achive your daily nutrition goals.. hope you like my expirience :)

Some problem with this product. After trying first scoop, i got loose motion. Tastes and apprentice looks like rise flour. Returned. Thanks Amazon for paying my money back.

I used 1kg of valina favour before 1 month ago, I don't write review before using the product, This product is very good and effective for weight gainer, it is not much good who wants to lost the fat. This flavour is so sweet and tasty.

So I bought the 1kg vanilla flavoured of this. They have mentioned that they don’t add any artificial sweetness r I just felt a little bit extra sweet in taste and one of the big rest fraud they have done is they are providing 1 kg bottle with half the product. This is unethical practice. They should not lure customer with the price and quantity of the product like this. This is called fraud

Delivery , packaging was good but the content/quantity is of 1/2 kg in a bottle and price of 1kg pack. I bought vanilla n taste was okay.

Tastiest among all flavours. I consumed chocolate flavor earlier didn't liked it much! But believe me it's very tasty and will give u taste of vanilla ice cream😋

I like the flavours particularly banana and Vanilla. It's taste is good and after consuming adequate amount you don't feel the acidic reflux. It's good if just want to maintain your protein level. It's not a mass gainer or a muscle builder.
