It's a world-famous company, no doubt. No need to explain the item. But, it's expensive in my view. That's why four stars.

Believe it or not, but I've been using this sharpener for an year now,from prismacolor to polycromos, generals pencils (charcoal and graphite), staedtler/faber-castell. I have use almost all kind of pencils and it's blade is still sharp.worth the price and most important no lead breakage. TIP 1 - lead breakage also depends on the quality of the pencil wood. So, i recommend you to use some quality pencils like faber-castell /staedtler /kohinoor /Generals/Tombow. TIP 2 - if you have problems with lead breakage, don't use cheap sharpeners like apsara /doms or any other local sharpener. Buy a sharpener like this one or just try any other famous brand sharpener (not Indian). Try it! You'll never dissatisfied. Also if you have some problem about the country origin. yes! indeed it's a made in China product, for that I recommend try KUMKUM Sharpener which is actually made in Germany. Or you can try any other japanese sharpener which are on bit pricey side. I myself want Indian companies to make quality product in stationary market of India. I don't really buy any Chinese products honestly 😅 but there were no other options either, but yes next time I will buy KUMKUM sharpener instead of these for sure. I mainly buy Japanese/Germany/USA products (only Stationary products).

This sharpener is sturdy and precisely sharpens the lead. Will have to see how long it lasts.

The product feels very premium and is very durable

This product arrived at my house yesterday and I was really surprised by the built quality. It is fully made of metal but I am worried if it would rust. When you sharpen the pencil, the lead never breaks so you can get the most sharpened pencil. I would say this value is not 150rs but it is a Quality product. If you are an artist go for it but if you are a student and need it for office supplies go for cheaper options:)

I have had the pleasure of using pencil sharpeners my entire life. They have been used to sharpen pencils. This is their primary purpose and they should do it well. I can say that this pencil sharpener is the champion and excels in the task of producing a finely sharpened pencil. I would not hesitate buying this sharpener again. As a matter of fact I purchased two. They are both made to specifications (please note I was not provided specifications - they appear to be identical therefore I can assume they are made to identical specifications). The sharpener is slightly cold to the touch when picked up for the first time. This gives a refreshing sensation to the fingertips as they slowly heat up from the friction of sliding the pencil shaft into the opening that devours the writing utensil uniformly. The final result is a sharp pencil that I only wish to admire, as an art form, a piece of perfection. I dare not use the pencil. To this moment I am sitting and sharpening pencils in the hope that one will not be as perfect as the previous so that I can actually begin writing. Buy two. At least. One will leave you wanting more.

I lost my original one so I bought it again! It lasts forever and does NOT break pencils like those other plastic sharpeners and always creates a fine point. Great value for something so basic but effective.
