Quality not up to the mark. Received a defective product. The chair is leaning to one side. Though it is mentioned as easy to assemble product. It took two hours for me to assemble as the screw groves are not properly drilled. I had to put lot of effort to do but at the end I found the chair is leaning to one side. When booked to resend it, Amazon denied to take it back as the product should be dissembled and packed as it is which was not possible coz it is not easy to separate the gas lift form the chair unless it is beaten by some hammer once it is fixed. I tried but it is damaging the product so, I did't do. When I asked for repair, they denied as the product should be dissemble and packed as it is for replacement also and there is no option for repair. The Amazon CC, after 45 mins of chat is suggesting me to hire a person from outside to dissemble which is not justified.Bottom line: Buy at your own risk!.

I found it difficult to fit the parts together. So sent a whatsapp message to number provided in bill. Support person came n fitted the chair next day. One of the parts was broken. Informed the same to the company and the broken part was couriered and again the support person came and replaced the broken part. Apex has excellent support in case of any issue. Chair quality is also good. I recommend the chair.

The chair is of decent quality, but I’m really disappointed with 2 things:1. The headrest design is a disaster. How can someone sit in a chair like that. Someone screwed up really bad in designing it. See the pic attached2. Under the chair, the cloth is not woven or stitched, instead , they put around 10 big size staples to keep the cloth intact with the cushion.I think these are locally made with less supervison

The product headrest is badly designed and has caused me severe neck pain issues during regular day usage. Ultimately had to disassemble to headrest to be able to use the chair. Screws from the back assembly with the base can't be tightened beyond a certain limit which leaves a "play" between the back and the base of the chair. To add to the problem, the screws on the base keep falling off by themselves. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. Highly dissatisfied with the product.

I received this chair 4 days ago and assembled it immediately within an hour my self..As the seller said, the head rest is not adjustable. He cleverly telling it as adjustable...we have to push back forcibly always with our head ( obviously our head and neck will become pain after some time). If we are not pushing back with our head, the head rest will push forward our head and obviously our neck will bend and getting painful. It is adjustable it itself by pushing our head forward. We cannot adjust ourselves. This is only for front and backward. NO NO NO height adjustment, as they claimed. And coming to Lumbar adjustment, the same thing as above applicable. The lumbar will it itself move 1 or 2 inches front and backward directions after our back touches it. We practically don't have any adjustment facility. Important thing, we should keep a pillow in front of lumbar to get the support of lumbar. If not lumbar will not touch our back. NO up and down mechanism for lumbar. As per the ergonomic, these two facilities are very important and cannot be avoided..Seat height adjustment, swivel, push back are good enough. Seat and back rest, both are bending back for push back lock mechanism. Any time lock mechanism is perfect enough.Arm rests are not working properly. Only sometimes working ... It's very hard.Assembling is not an issue, can do easily.

I have requested for wheel replacement and the technician doesn't know how to fix it properly

While assembling I found out that two Allen bolts were not there in the box, I have go and purchase new bolts, reasonable quality.
