I love Taos shoes, so these were a no brainer for me. While I usually need to go up half a size to an 8.5 in their sneakers, the size 8 sandals fit fine. (Good thing, since they don't come in half sizes.) The footbeds are covered in a soft suede-like material, and after almost 3 weeks of frequent wear still look brand new. I even got caught in a small rainstorm and the footbed coverings have remained soft and flexible-- no stiffness or staining.I wear a lot of Taos (often bought second hand) because they offer EXCELLENT arch support. That's true of the sandals too. Unlike the sneakers, the footbeds can't be replaced, which is the only regret I have. They're expensive, but if you get tired achy feet, they are worth it. (And if you find the arch hits at a weird place, try going up 1/2 size.)I love the adjustable velcro tabs. I have a high arch but narrow feet, so I usually need the toe strap to be rather tight and the mid-arch strap to be looser; adjustable sandals are essential for me. I can walk in these comfortably without any flip-flop slapping-- they stay snug to the bottoms of my feet. I've been incorporating more silvery tones into my wardrobe after having a "color analysis" done-- and the subtle luster of the pewter color is just right. They're a soft metallic color; enough for a little stylish bling but not so eye-catching that they feel obvious.

These shoes are comfortable and stylish. My foot is narrow, and the shoes fit like a glove. I love that the color works with white or light beige clothing. I have a Coach bag that matches the color perfectly.

Cute, comfortable, fits well and provides good support. I wear mine a lot!

I've worn vionics for years, Taos doesn't have the same arch support, but very comfortable sandal, will buy more.

I love these shoes. I bought 2 pairs ( black and tan) for my trip to Europe. They held up great and were comfortable throughout my 5 week tour. I averaged 5 miles/day walking and these shoes were comfortable and fashionable!

These sandals are so comfortable and they fit perfectly thanks to the Velcro tabs. I love their style, they would coordinate well with nearly any type clothing.

This company does a bang up job on their marketing. I was really excited to get these expensive sandals and find they are ok but not great like purported. They are cute but not worth the $135 I had to pay for them.
