We are so pleased. When they arrived it appeared to be such a small package that I couldn't imagine that two cords and two straps were in it. BUT they have been near perfect. The coiled cord is light and flexible and expands to its long length but recoils quickly when you move back closer to outlet. The grounding plug works as it should. It fits snugly into grounding hole in receptacle and we have not had any problems with it pulling out. I had contemplated getting the plug adapters but that would be unnecessary with this product. The wrist straps are very comfortable and do stretch some to go over the hand or ankle but the buckle has been difficult for me at times. I don't know if the solution would be to have longer strap material or a different type closure that would allow a different locking/closing after strap is in place. But I will NOT give up this product because of that but someone that has larger hands or feet may find it too tight to go over hands and feet. Whether sleeping, sitting or moving around in the kitchen, this works as it should. It is so comfortable while sleeping that I usually have to feel to see if it is still in place. And, yes, it is.We do not use the grounding straps everyday since I have read that toxins released can cause other discomforts when they haven't had time to wash from body (which has nothing to do with this item). Better to go slowly and be able to get the full benefits of grounding over time. My first night of grounding gave me unexpected relief from the pain in my thumb/hand/wrist area where I hold my phone and tablet. What a nice surprise when I realized the next day that I was using my hand pain free. It is hard to measure all the benefits since they can't be seen or felt. But better sleep, calmness, less headaches, etc. might be in your future. I am a believer in grounding and this product.

I watched a documentary called "Grounded" that told of an Alaskan town who healed itself through something called "earthing." What could be easier? But, I live in New Mexico and the ground is not always barefoot-friendly; enter a simple mechanical device to bring the Earth indoors to me.I was looking for something inexpensive to ease myself into this phenomenon, and this price point and the good reviews convinced me. The first night I slept like a stone, which happens now and then, so I didn't think much of it. Then it happened the next night, and the next, and the next, and...I'm pretty healthy, but like a lot of us I have creeping weight and blood pressure, and aches that we attribute to "aging." In the two weeks I've used it, I've noticed aches dropping away. And, I consistently sleep deeply now, and remember my dreams, for what that's worth.I quickly noticed, also, that I felt like getting up and tackling projects with energy I haven't had, well, maybe ever.I did get concerned when I could discern no continuity in the wire. That's because there is a resistor installed for safety, in case of a freak lightning strike or some other ground surge. The company contacted me promptly to explain the situation, assure me everything was fine, and also offered to make things right if I decided I wanted out. But, all I needed was a little reassurance and I went back to using it whenever possible.It's safe, it's non-invasive, and it's inexpensive. I will agree with comments that said the curly wire is a problem, because it will pop off the bracelet easily. That's really the only downside I can see to the system, and it's easily overcome. Plus, it comes with two units. One to keep and one to share!I want to come back and report after a longer time, but I'm already forgetting what aches I had two weeks ago, so I may not be a reliable narrator.

I bought this on a whim after I "saw it on social media so now I have to research it for 40 minutes" and good golly it works! Go science! Only issue I'm experiencing is rust in a small spot. Probably because I leave it plugged in, and have been sweating a lot recently. Guess it just needs a good cleaning!

NEW REVIEW - Below is my original review where I give this product a1 star review. I was wrong. After reading the package insert, I learned there is a 100k resistor in the cord. This prevents the continuity test from passing. The insert includes instructions on how to test the cord with a multimeter. I did this test, and it passed. I then compared these results with another earthing product I have and both test results were the same.OIGINAL REVIEW - I tested the cord with a continuity tester. Neither cord had an electrical connection between the ground end and the strap end.

Simple easy to use. But one of the bands seemingly got broken 💔. Basically comfortable. The size I able to put in on and be grounded.

I love this product and it definitely works at grounding. You can wear it while you sleep and not even notice it.

1st lid, first time using it, the glide piece to open and close lid broke off. The lid can't seal without it. Didn't expect to having to use the spare so soon. Now I'm concerned it won't last either. My original lasted for over a year until the the lid itself broke in two.

Recently heard about earthing and grounding. Researched and it seems to be easing my symptoms. This is the easiest & least expensive way to try it. The bracelet isn’t uncomfortable but takes a minute to get used to sleeping with it. The cord works well with an outlet close by.
