Suttle, but great product!
Calming & Helps me with Sleep! A very good product to have as it takes the edge off a bit of anxiety. It's relaxing & good to have in the evening for rest. Won't make you necessarily sleepy, but will help your overall sleep with it's relaxing ability.

I truly believe this is helping to save my cat's life!
Wonderful high quality product. I take this product everyday. I also break open one capsule, mix it with coconut oil, split the mixture in half (creating 2 separate doses) and put one dose on my cat's front paws every single day. She licks it off. She has a super sensitive stomach. She's high anxiety. She won't take pills or liquids without traumatizing us both. She won't eat her wet food if I add anything to it. Shockingly she does like coconut oil but I'm always careful to do this after she eats. If I do it before, she throws up. As long as I wait until she eats, she handles it well. It has helped with her stress levels so much. And she's even started gaining a little weight back. It is the best thing I've found to help her. For awhile she was so stressed, she was having awful messy digestive issues all over the house. We were terrified she was going to die. We also started putting a teaspoon of FOOD GRADE diatomaceous earth in her wet cat food. Surprisingly she likes that. And it helped with the digestive issues nearly immediately. I'm so grateful to Oregon's Wild Harvest for making such a high quality product. I'm starting to have hope that just maybe she isn't dying right now. It also really helps with my stress levels... so much that my anxiety soon reminds me if I forget to take it. Ingredients: Organic Lemon Balm in plant sourced capsules and nothing else!

Seems to help with sleep
I really feel this lemon balm helps me sleep a bit better. Not a drug of course, no groggy, just a more relaxed sleep. I take two before bed with my melatonin. I don't use other than bed time

Fast acting- great product
Package comes as shown in picture with sealed cap. As soon as you open the bottle there is a soft aroma of lemon balm and herbal scent which is instantly calming. The pills worked quickly for me, healing a cold sore and also making me feel relaxed and pretty tired. I recommend taking them at night. I wish the pill capsule was made of thinner plastic because I don't enjoy swallowing dissolvable plastic in general (call me a crazy health conscious millennial) but that cant be healthy. The capsule can be easily opened though to pour out the capsules contents (i'm not sure how effective the product would be though if it was not taken in the way it was intended to be taken). 4 stars- only because of its expense.

Noticed big difference today, it helps.
Feel calmer and more relaxed. Added this to My 5-htp, chamomile, lavender, and passion flower regimen for daily use. Zoloft worked great but gave me terrible insomnia. I take these morning and night and does not make me drowsy in the morning and gets rid of my anxiety so i can sleep. Not drinking alcohol really helps with anxiety too along with exercise. I have another natural remedy if im starting to panic but have not had a full blown panic attack in months. Just got these in yesterday and noticed the difference today with my 2nd day use. Definitely recommend, mental health is worth the money, especially if you are resorting to SSRI etc. I am on new lavender pill too so maybe thats helping more but I feel at peace. “Natural” pills are not a narcotic and obviously wont fix extreme cases. Cut the alcohol, get plenty of sleep (5 htp helps with sleep after a week or two when it gets in your system but just take 100 mg) cut stress as much as possible and take other suppliments i mentioned as well, they have helped me. 5-htp cured my insomnia (assuming i dont drink) i take 100mg every morning so if you are not sleeping enough give it a try but you need to take it at least a week to notice a difference.

wonderful sleep aid for occasional use, better than prescriptions and other herbs
I bought this brand of lemon balm, along with chamomile and passion flower, to aid in falling asleep and staying asleep. Of the three, lemon balm works the best. I take it before washing up for bed, and by the time I am finished with the evening routine I'm already falling asleep. I take it at the recommended dose. It's much more effective than valerian, which I've taken about once a week for a year. Lemon balm has the additional advantage of not stinking to high heaven. I can also compare it to mirtazapine, Ambien, doxylamine, and diphenhydramine ("benadryl"). It's a bit more effective than doxylamine, about as effective as a big dose (50mg or more) of diphenhydramine, better than Ambien. It doesn't have the restrictiveness of Ambien--can take it well before bedtime or as I'm getting into bed, don't need to make sure that I have at least 8 hours before I need to get up, no hangover, no "controlled substance" prescription required. It's not scary-dangerous like mirtazapine, which has reliably caused dizziness and nausea resulting in blackouts and falls if I try to get up after taking it, causes a lengthy hangover, which makes my whole face puffy. It doesn't dry me out like diphenhydramine. One caveat: I never take any sleep aid on a nightly basis to avoid developing resistance or dependency. So I can't say how it performs if used more than once each week.
