Unfortunately my item arrived damaged and was not the quality I expected for the price. I am still going to give it five stars as the seller refunded me my money without any hassle. I found and purchased the same one in prime condition at a local shop. I absolutely love this kettle, it is so cute and I like that the whistle it makes when it boils isn’t deafening but is still loud enough to get your attention. When it’s time for a new one, I will probably buy again.

This is a beautiful tea pot that I haven't used it just sits on my stove its beautiful.

While this LOOKS pretty, it is NOT ergonomically designed well. The spout (lift lever) is too short, needs to be longer down handle……your shoulder is distorted by the time you pour water from it

We bought this because it’s a beautiful looking kettle. Apparently that’s all it’s good for. The first time we went to use the kettle to make tea it got burnt from normal use. See picture below! As if this wasn’t bad enough, the company is making us pay to ship it back to them!!! A kettle that costs over $100 and the manufacturer wants us to pay to ship back a defective product. Amazon hasn’t been that much help either which is surprising because returns through Amazon is normally very easy. DO NOT BUY!!!
