Maybe it's user-error
But I burned myself quite badly on the first use. I have a GHD and I've used curling irons before but this ended up taking a chunk of skin off my neck and required a trip to emergency. Won't be using it again in any case and was promptly returned.

For Long Hair Only
This might suit people with long hair, but it is quite useless for my medium length hair. As it is shiny, and has no clamp to keep the hair in place, it's quite impossible to curl a 4 or 5 inch tress. Also, though it is advertised as allowing one to select the desired temperature, there is no obvious way to set the temperature at the desired level - and no instructions for this in the tiny leaflet provided. As far as I can tell it cannot be done. The barrel is tricky to fix in place. There's a temperature dial on the Amazon website description, but not in the pack.But the main problem remains that the description should indicate that the device is only suitable for long hair - it's significant that only models with long hair feature on the advertising pictures. It arrived today, and I am returning it straight away. Very disappointing.

I want make curly hair myself, yes it can help you make it...... But after use this my hair change to dry and bad... split end，so i not recommend order this

No holding the hair in place section
I herd to return this item. The wand is too hot to successfully hold the hair on the wand and curl. You need the wand with the extra section that holds the hair in place

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, not like the pictures, no temperature display, and try use it to made a style, totally not worked, useless product. Don’t buy, such waste a money.

DO NOT BUY, SPEND MORE ON A WELL KNOWN BRAND
Though value for money for what you get, within 3 months of having it with havimg only used it a handful number of times, its stopped functioning properly, keep finding the temp drops and error message appears on the display screen.

It doesn't work!
The curling lron is broken and the temperature isn't adjustable.I tried to roll up my girlfriend’s hair , but it was still straight!

Awsume multifunctional set!
Ive been straightening my hair for a while now as i cant get to grip with curling my hair. It takes me ages.This iteam seemed ideal as it has all the multi functioning pieces to go with it. Its also very aesthetically pleaseing to the eye. Wow what a great time saver this is. It heats up in no time and changing to the other other curling functions takes no time and is effortless. Worth it weight in gold, just to be given te extra free time i have. Its also does a brilliant job of my hair.
