Heard about Dopaboost on the health forums at the time when my father with Parkinson’s (rigidity, mobility issues, non-tremor) suddenly could no longer get out of bed without assistance and it took him 20-25 min with a walker to move 25 ft. We tried a mucuna pruriens powder which needed other ingredients such as green tea extract and quercetin for it work. This product is a godsend, it combines everything needed in a capsule. Following the suggested usage, after 2 weeks, my father actually began showing some signs of improvement: there was a gradual yet noticeable change in his mobility, he was regaining mobility as he continued taking the supplement. It’s been a few months now, my father can move across the room at that same distance with his walker in about 1 minute. He no longer needs assistance getting out of bed. It’s a relief to see this turnaround which has given him a new lease on life. Thank you.

10 STARS. I LOVE this product! It gives me energy and makes me feel great but not in a "drugged" or caffeinated way. I don't notice anything except that I am feeling happy and energetic. I've been buying this product for a couple years now. It's the best cognitive health supplement of its kind. It's worth every penny.

I realized I need help with motivation at times and I want to do so much, but can't. I tried this out and I was motivated and focused very much so! I was so excited and got some much done. It tapered off with how effective it was over time, but I believe this is due to my body getting more of the neurotransmitters/amino acids it needed. I have been off it for a 5 weeks and notice a difference. I took the Braverman test and saw that my acetylcholine levels are low, so I am going to try out Brain Vitale and see if this works any differently for me and my brain. I don't want to take any of these long term, but better understand what amino acids i am lacking more so. I am a very driven and focused person, but over time, I could use a little boost. Design for Health is a good product and there are fewer of good than bad. i would recommend you try if you are lacking motivation. However, understand that everyone's brain chemistry is very different.

I’m so happy that I found this product! I have ADHD, and have been taking medication for it for the last 16 years. I’m 62. I’ve always dreaded quitting my Dexedrine. But I’m getting older and you can’t take it forever right? So on new year’s I stopped. The first week wasn’t bad, but the following week I had no energy and just wanted to sleep all day. I was miserable and knew that the lack of dopamine was the problem. This went on for 2 weeks and I was getting desperate to feel better. I was looking around on Amazon and found a few possibilities. Then I remembered this company, as I take the magnesium recommended by my nurse practitioner friend. All the reviews I read sounded like it might work, so I ordered it. The first week it didn’t do anything for me and I was quite disappointed but thought maybe it needs to build up in your system, so I stayed with it. By the middle of the second week I could tell that I felt better, and the following week I felt almost normal. I have cut the dosage back to one a day and it seems to be working. It doesn’t do much for the ADHD, but I’m no longer drinking coffee all day and sleeping. I feel like I’m getting my life back! I definitely will be buying again!

I only needed 1 pill / day rather than 2 to fell motivated again to tackle both the necessary projects and the fun, long-term growth ones. Look out, world!

I’m surprised that I am not that affected by this as much as I thought I would be. It’s my 4th day taking it and I definitely feel the increase of energetic focus and physical energy. But something about it is lacking. I’ve taken a supplement before this one that was strictly Mucuna Pruriens (15% L-Dopa), with nothing else added. That one in comparison to this one was too strong to the point I would be nauseated if taken in empty stomach. Also, L-Dopa taken orally won’t directly affect the neurotransmitter of dopamine. It needs carbidopa as an enzyme to synergies in order to cross the blood-brain barrier. I’m not all that certain carbidopa is available without a doctors RX. But I have added B6 to this supplement along with taurine, maca root, dhea, lions mane, and glutamine. That with a protein snack will give an account invigorating burst of energy if you need it for a particular reason or a particular day. I wouldn’t recommend that to anyone for ongoing usage, not should anyone take my advice on this topic because you don’t know if it will harm you, and if you are on medications, or have a condition, you could potentially hurt yourself if you do not consult with a doctor or pharmacist first.

I get tired of getting stuck with products that magically appear as a subscription. This stuff is extremely expensive and 1/2 the time the bottles are broken.

My Naturopathic Doctor recommended this for a replacement for Wellbutrin (along with some other supplements). It's been helping a lot. I would definitely recommend discussing this with your medical provider before jumping on it (and do not stop taking your prescription meds without medical oversight). It can cause irritability if you take too much or if it's just not the right fit for you. I'd say start with one a day at first.
