I have received this product early. Size of this ring is big. I tried a lot to make small size but I got failed in many times. Finally I decided to use other technique it's worked finally. I believe this is real one because Ghode ki Naal very hard to bent I took several attempts to bent it. Don't keep any doubts, you can buy it.

Very hard, not adjustable easily
It is difficult to adjust the ring size as the material is very hard. Even if you are able to adjust, the sharp ends get opened up hurt your finger. Wish there was a better solution of grief stricken people who are looking to wear the ring to improve their situation.
