PLEASE BEWARE!!!
I was having problems with my computer, so I decided to contact HP to get support help because the seller wasn't answering nor did they have a messaging service. While I was on the phone for 30 minutes with HP, I found out that the computer I buy that was supposed to be a 32 RAM was really on a 4 RAM. The HP service rep told me that they have over 350 cases where the 3rd party sellers through Amazon are switching out the RAM. This is why my "brand new" computer was not as fast as I had hoped. Amazon was really nice about the situation, but when she asked me if I wanted a refund or a replacement, I told her a refund because I am not going to trust this seller (PROTECH PC) to send the right product and at this point, they don't deserve my money. So, if you ordered a computer, I would suggest calling HP to make sure you got what you were supposed to get.

GARBAGE!!!
It crapped out on me by the end of Day 1 of use and somehow lost its operating system. Will talk to HP but not happy. It was totally non-operational when we returned it and yet I was charged a $54.00 restocking fee. Spent a lot of time getting it set up, getting help trying to get it back to functioning and paid for a file transfer service and a copy of Microsoft Office. This was one expensive mistake! Buyers beware!
