Marvelous product. My new wonderful weekly treat. Perfect for in-between meals or breakfast or pre-bedtime or anytime you need a little protein with satisfying texture, flavor, and comfort. Perfect as far as I am concerned. Especially if you prefer the healthier end of food items, this is definitely in that wheelhouse. It is like an ideal snack all by itself. Nice ingredients and is a little sweet to taste, but not overpowering. If you tend to like plain over flavored, this will pass for a nice little bit of sweetness and satisfaction.

Love this stuff! Makes me think like I am having a sweet treat while getting a good serving of protein to start my day or have as a snack.

I have had many kinds of yogurt and with this product I was introduced to Icelandic style SKYR. The texture is perfect. Tanginess is very nice and the sweetness is exactly right (to my taste at least.). There are other Skyr's out there, but Icelandic provisions is by far the best. If you haven't tried this, and you like yogurt, give it a try. I warn you, it may spoil you. I can't even eat most other brands of yogurt now.

Yogurt texture and style is a very personal thing. This does not taste like pudding, nor does it taste like bitter, sour milk. In my opinion, this is just right! I think I like this brand slightly better than the other Islandic style yogurt that begins with an "S" (which is good too). Like other reviews have mentioned, this particular flavor (Vanilla) is perfect! It truly smells and tastes like what vanilla should smell and taste like and you do see vanilla bean flecks throughout. This yogurt is creamy, smooth and dense without being too heavy. Adding fresh fruit or granola or any other add-ins, almost makes you feel like you are having a rich dessert. I still love ice cream and pudding and other sweet stuff but this is a nice alternative for when you want something sweet but don't want to cheat and have something that isn't good for you. You can even add a little honey or agave if you want it to taste that much better. I just wish this was cheaper but it's still good.

It's an OK yogurt. I tried some Skyr once that wasn't super sweet. I was hoping this would have a similar taste, because it had less sugar in it than some other brands. However, it still tasted very sweet to me. Plus, most of the sugar in it was unnecessarily added in. (It has 9g with 6g added in.) I'm going to keep looking for less sweet-tasting Skyr. I think it's better than some competitors, but not unique or worth buying again.

I love this particular yogurt. It’s quite creamy and tasty without blowing out your calorie budget for the day by the time you finish breakfast. We had Skyr in Iceland and this really is the same taste. We typically add fruit to it, but it’s great on its own. Yum.

After I tried Skyr, there is absolutely no going back. It is EXCELLENT! So flavorful and so much healthier than Greek yogurt. Check it out yourself and go to the website. I really believe I feel better eating this. Yep, I know it's expensive, but I am personally willing to pay more for such a high quality product! Decide for yourself! I highly recommend it!
