It's working!

Good value soft gels.
These are good value soft gels - one per day dosage so bottle so will last a while unlike others who suggest a higher dosage that will run out quicker. Better value, pleased with these.

Gave me awful heartburn for hours
Unfortunately I had to stop taking the product immediately as it gave me horrible heartburn and kept repeating on me for about 8 hours. It smells like it might taste pretty good, but it actually tastes pretty awful.

Love taking black cumin oil, it can be difficult to digest at first but worth it. I was travelling with work so this was practical to carry in my luggage.
