Fake Blood Makeup Spray - For Theater and Costume or Halloween Zombie, Vampire and Monster Dress Up - By Bloody Mary (Medium - 2 oz)

Used it this Halloween, I sprayed it all over myself. Face, body, chest, hands (including fingernails). After you spray this product on, it dries down fairly quickly. Give or take a few mins to completely dry. Even spots where you spray and the blood looks like it's coagulated, it will still be dry but maintain a very realistic look! Most of the other spots dried down a nice bright red hue, in contrast to the dark red in the bottle. But I'd say it depends on how much you use in one area. It legitimately washed off immediately with water. I washed my hands at the end of the night, everything came off. No staining except for a little under my fingernails (which is inevitable I assume due to all the small cracks inside and underneath the fingers). My face, body, chest. Everything stayed on when it needed to, and came off when it needed to! I had no trouble with staining of the skin or on clothes that I wore when it was sprayed. The blood even slightly got on my bathroom walls, which are WHITE, and when I used a wet paper towel, it washed right off--no stains!.. I'd say only downside is if you unscrew the cap and re-screw it, the blood leaks a bit, so make sure to clean the edges of the cap and bottle before re-screwing.

Work great for my son’s costume. It washed off our hands well but haven’t tried the costume.

This product was not as dark red as I hoped. I got the small and you have to hold it pretty far back to get the splatter effect, so I would do this outdoors. Overall for my craft project and didn’t damage it, which is good it took me forever to make it! I think it turned out ok, stuck to the paper and glove well and dried nicely. I am pretty happy with the overall result.

It's okay. It did its job. It smells horrible. The spray nozzle sucks, there's so much pressure it splatters everywhere so do it outside!!!

So, I got this fake blood for one of my cosplays for a horror convention. I was dressed as Patrick Bateman during the Huey Lewis and the News scene, so half of my face is covered in blood. Wearing a full suit under a clear rain coat was not my smartest idea given the hot sweaty and shade-less weather: Some of the blood would sweat from my hands or my face, down to the white collar of my dress shirt. I also had a lot of this fake blood on my clear raincoat, and some of it would get on my backpack, and the next day when I wore a white shirt for a different Cosplay the backpack handles turned my shirt pink. I was so worried about the pink on both my white dress shirt and my white shirt because I figured it’d be hard to get it out and I may just have to throw them away. My worries were baseless! Almost all of the pink came right out after one wash, and after one more wash BAM looked good as new! The blood was realistic, it was easy to make it look natural, it’s easy to get off of skin and clothes EVEN if those clothes are white, and I can’t recommend it enough!

I used this fake blood for a costume at a convention when I didn't want to be stained for the next day's different costume. I cannot stress enough how incredible this product is. I've used all kinds of fake blood for costumes over the years and I've never used a product that both stayed on (I wore it for 12 hours and it never rubbed off on anything nor faded) and washed off instantly. Seriously, I got in the shower and it didn't even need soap. It didn't stain the hotel counter, either. I also used it on my prop weapons, followed by a coat of matte finish clear protective spray and it ended up smooth and dry and didn't budge. You don't get much for your money (this one bottle was used up completely for the blood you see here; the back of me is also bloody), but the staying power and removability made it 100% worth the cost.

I used this for a Purge Halloween costume and it was awesome. It looks like real blood when splattered on the shirt. I'm not sure what your purpose is for buying it but if you'll be putting it on clothes, rest assured that it will serve it's purpose. Writing this review felt pretty weird because only for an American holiday will you want to splatter fake blood all over yourself. But alas, here we are :) ...buy it!
