I got this robot as a gift , but it stopped speaking and playing any music, I think its voice and recording is not working…how can I fix it?

I got one for my Granddaughter and it worked for a short time then it quiet communicating. I will never pay anything like that ever again

How to change the batteries?

It too me a minute to figure it out too. You have to take the backing with the tiny screw off, open it, there is a tiny “pull” knob, pull it out and that’s where the AAA batteries go.
