Are the ingredients in the "new packaging" identical to the old version of Defrisant?

I don't know but I hope so because I was not able to get the larger size with the new packaging version

I have used Phytodefrisant botanical straightening balm for years. They don’t seem to be making it anymore more Is this similar/a replacement?

Can I use a straightener after blow drying?

Probably but you may not need to. After drying my hair I just use a flat iron to straighten and it works for me.

Is this for black People hair?

I am not black, but I have unruly curly hair. I did not find it made much difference, not thick enough for me, doubtful it would with for you. I even mixed it with another cream based product... still didn't do enough fit the frizz or moisturize and organize my curl. Best of luck. Hope this helps.
