I’ve had this bike for a couple of weeks now and overall, I’m really happy with it. It arrived on time, well-packaged in a large (and heavy) box. The pink color is beautiful, a soft, pastel shade that’s super cute in person. Assembly took a while, about 2 hours to put everything together, and another hour adjusting the brakes, which definitely needed extra tuning beyond the instructions. Watching the videos here helped a lot. Once it was all set up, the bike looked and felt much more expensive than it actually is. Pros are the cute pink color, sturdy and smooth ride, comfy seat and overall how easy it is to maneuver, the bike is not too heavy or too light. For cons, I would say the folding mechanism is little stiff and takes a lot of strength to push it close. Also the basket feels flimsy and plasticky, but thats a cheap, easy upgrade. Overall, if you’re okay with spending a little extra time on the setup, this bike is an excellent deal. It rides great, looks super cute, and feels solid even for bigger riders. Just be ready to adjust the brakes and maybe swap out the basket and you’ll be good to go :)

I'd been bike shopping for a while, read lots of reviews. I chose this one because of it being aluminum for light weight, (had an aluminum racing bike years ago, still have it & loved it but needed a relaxed more comfortable style as I am aging), and then because it was foldable so I could put it in my vehicle. I love it!! Super cute in the light blue too. It takes some assembly, on the inside cover of the booklet, scan the code to get a video. Slow it & pause as needed. My husband & I did it without much confusion. This bike was offered by multiple sellers, some lower prices but with shipping charges. I'm glad I chose this one because they have really responsive customer service. If you need their help, start with the Amazon contact link, the seller will email you & discuss your concerns to solve them. Truly a happy customer.

The bike itself, or at least the parts of it, look fine. However, there is no assembly instruction manual or hardware included.

Super cute foldable bike! Easy to assemble and good quality for the price! I'm not usually one to tout customer service, especially after receiving the incorrect product (I ordered the purple version of the bike and was delivered a pink version despite the box being marked purple). Reached out to the seller and got a very speedy reply and an even speedier refund w/o having to return the incorrect bike! Honestly I was DREADING the logistics of repackaging the bike and trudging to ship it back and the logistical nightmare that would be! But, the seller made everything so easy! I provided the requested information including pics of the incorrect color! Aside from the wrong product being sent, the bike itself looks to be of very good quality, the pkg did actually arrive earlier than projected, and it seems to be easy enough to assemble. 5stars for the quality of customer service and speed/ease of which I received my refund; 1star was deducted for sending wrong product. Totally understand mistakes happen, and was so glad that this seller owned that and took care of things so fast, kindly, and professionally!

Just a heads up. . Your instruction manual will be missing instruction pages and be very poorly written. That being said, it was not too difficult to put it all together. It wasn’t easy, I swore a whole bunch of times, but it came together and my daughter rides her new bike all over the place.

The bike itself is beautiful. The color is vibrant and I did get a compliment for the style of it. I mostly bought the bike since it was foldable for storage and transporting it in my car. It's a lot bigger thank I anticipated so it's quite bulky even when folded, storage can be tricky. Putting together the bike did take some time because the instructions weren't great but the video did help. Once I got it together the wheel and pads did not move. I had to take it in for a safety check and they said the wheels and brakes were bent most likely from transportation. They were able to fix it and it works great now but i did have to spend extra money to fix the issue beacuse i didnt want to deal with waiting for products. I did have an issue with the shipment. It took a few weeks to recieve the bike because it said it was in California where I am and went all the way across the country and back. I thought I wasn't going to get it at all and I did try to just cancel since it was a gift. The seller responded in a reasonable manner but didn't really want me to cancel kept trying to convince me to wait. I did and I'm glad it all worked out but it was a bit of a headache.

We Bought 2 Bicycles! We Love Them! They Were Easy To Assemble….Although Our Instructions Were Incomplete…🙀 We Muddled Through And Tweaked A Bit. Beautiful Bikes! We Are In our 70s Now And We Are Back On The Bike Trails. 👍
