No, only one brush comes with the package.

Q: Can this brush be used with heat like a hair dryer?

I do not use heat in my hair so not sure if it can be used with heat. It is a great detangling brush for my thick very curly hair.

Q: Can you reactivate your charcoal, or replace it, without replacing the whole hairbrush?

No, unfortunately the bristles are not replaceable.

Q: Is the black one glossy or matte?

It's matte. It's a hairbrush. Who cares what the finish is?
