Gives sourdough that little extra tang

Great product!
I love everything I buy from this brand, but I have to say that it’s a bit pricey. Even though it is - worth it because it give great consistent result, for my marmalade (jelly candy type)...I recommend!

It doesn't have the bitter sharp taste of citric acid I bought from another company. I use it to make home made salad dressing and made a big difference in taste.
